"Food is decent, but don’t expect stellar service. There’s a huge disparity in service when it comes to the waiters. A younger Italian waiter is very nice and accommodating. But the older balding man seems to be easily irritable when asked a question or even when asked for something (which is the waiter’s entire job to serve you). I asked for a spoon to share the soup with my husband and the guy shook his head and gave me a look of disdain. Really? As a tourist, spending in European countries is pricy as hell, so I try to choose wisely. I would skip this place for the appalling service from certain staff."

"Coming as a group for lunch, the meal was gargantuan. A small toast with tomato and olive oil. Followed by arancini, and 4 kinds of pizza!!! Impeccable service Service: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet"

"It looks soooo nice and I was super excited to spent my afternoon in this dreamy restaurant. I discovered it on instagram (as a travel tip). When we arrived at 14:30, we wanted to have a drink. Unfortunately the waitress replied to us, that they are a restaurant and we can go somewhere else. Well, I would understand, if it was lunch or dinner-time, also, if the restaurant was full. But they had a lot of empty tables. I didn't felt welcomed. Maybe you can make next time an other decicion and welcome guest, who would love and feel very greatful to have a seat in your restaurant."

"Pessima esperienza. Gli spaghetti con i frutti di mare che abbiamo ordinato erano inedibili, senza sapore, pasta praticamente bollita con pezzi di pesce congelato al prezzo di 23 euro 5 spese di copertura a persona. Rude e povero servizio. Trappola turistica. Prezzo a persona: €100 Cibo: 1 Servizio: 1 Ambiente: 1"

"Favorite address, not only in Venice but in general in Italy. Small, intimate room with 16 seats, and as many on the terrace for sunny days. Reduced menu, for dishes and wines (each fits on 2 pages). The cooking is just perfect for the seafood and risotto, the wines (all available by the glass) a cut above other traditional restaurants, the divine and airy tiramisu, the coffee and the delicious limoncello, what a faultless dish! The icing on the cake: the lady at the service is very delicate and efficient, and always with a friendly smile. For epicurean couples."

"The waiter who makes fun of another waiter as a background to the evening is not a good business card, HE DOESN'T EXIST. They can turn on each other whenever they want but 1. we discuss it in private 2. telling colleagues out loud that the colleague in question is lost, he can't handle it... it really sucks. To understand the gravity of the situation, although my partner and I were very busy with our conversation and clearly not interested in the interactions between waiters, it was impossible not to notice what continued to happen throughout our stay. Excessive bill for frozen and pre-cooked dishes. Never again!"

"Very disappointing experience. Arrived 3/4 hour before the end of service for our first dinner on December 30 on the Amalfi Coast. Only two customers were present and we had to face the forced smile of a waitress visibly in a hurry to clear the table when we had just swallowed the last mouthful and brought us the bill without asking if we were we going to get something else or if we were satisfied or not. In the evening at this season, we certainly couldn't enjoy a beautiful view and we sat inside to eat very...ordinary...pasta and pizza... Fortunately the next day we had the chance to open the door of a brand new restaurant in Praiano, very welcoming called Km0, which although full allowed us to taste tasty pasta dishes (with octopus for one and peach from day for the other)!"

"Having eaten on January 6, therefore out of season, very disappointed with the dishes: plates of pasta not very generous, plate of prawns for 18 euros with only 4 prawns (and absolutely nothing else! , overcooked and poorly washed. Only the red tuna dish enhances the whole a little, but a very thin piece which makes pink cooking impossible. Basically, we came out hungry and went to get dessert somewhere else. "Tourist trap! stay away, terrible service, the waitress was on her cell phone the entire time, taking selfies, recording and listening to WhatsApp audios while we were at the table wanting to place our order, ordering more wine, even ordering dessert was a torture! reasonable food, ok price. but there are much better places with much better prices and much tastier food. Oh, I forgot to say, dirty plates and glasses, I had to get up to ask for another glass because the waitress was too busy sending audio outside the restaurant during her shift terrible experience!"

"Il personale è molto cordiale e il menu è in un sacco di lingue per rendere facile scegliere i pasti. Il cibo che avevamo era eccellente e siamo tornati più volte durante la nostra settimana a Venezia come la qualità era buona e i prezzi ragionevoli. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il vino della casa. Tipologia: Cena Prezzo a persona: €10–20"

"After visiting the National Museum of Naples, you will probably want to eat some delicious Neapolitan food in the surrounding area. In such a case, you should come here first (half-girdled) To begin with, the area around Napoli piazza station is a restaurant area, and the food is delicious and of a high standard everywhere, but personally, I like this one the best. This restaurant specializes in seafood-flavored seasonings, and both the risotto and pasta are seafood-flavored and delicious. We recommend the risotto, and if you pay 22€, you'll get a risotto (for two) that looks like Urashima Taro, with shrimp, mussels, and clams dancing to death. Please note that there is no one for one person. I ate what was meant for two people by myself and the staff laughed at me. The staff can speak English fluently, which I am grateful for. The wife of the souvenir shop across the street uses a gun at me, but it's not a problem because it doesn't cause any immediate harm to the human body."

"Very friendly and prepared staff. Definitely interesting and welcoming location. Good food but I would recommend a little more attention, on my plate I found a slightly purged clam. Recommended Vegetarian options: On request Dietary restrictions: On request Parking: On the street at no cost but also for a fee. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is located on the street level and is spread over a single floor. Service: Dine in"

"This is a cozy restaurant in Venice. They have outdoor seating but it was raining while we were there so we sat inside. I did make a reservation but I'm not sure if it was needed. They weren't busy when we arrived but slowly more people arrived. We ordered several dishes to share with the table. Please see photos to see the different dishes we tried. We were able to walk to the restaurant from our hotel, it was a beautiful walk through the walkways of Venice. FYI, the risotto is served as two orders and is meant for more than one person. We could barely finish it though since we ordered several other dishes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"

"Worst dining experience I ever had in Italy. Doubtful hygienic standard, as there’s an uncovered food display in the middle of the place with seafood and salads just laying there right where every customer is walking by. The staff was incredibly rude, the main waiter seemed annoyed that I was dining solo as soon as I walked in (I had made a reservation for 1 person! , and completely ignored me once I was seated. I also heard him shame the couple sitting next to me for not leaving a tip on top of the 12% service charge. The tables are so close to each other it’s simply uncomfortable, and SO loud. As for the food, the seafood risotto was okay but nothing special. I didn’t order anything else as I wanted to get out of there ASAP."

"The quality of the food is not for a restaurant that asks you to leave a minimum consumption deposit of 60EUR per person. The waiter very kindly offered us a dessert because the pasta we ordered was inedible, when the bill arrived they had charged us for the dessert and they referred to the waiter who offered us the service in a derogatory manner, which was very uncomfortable. The view is very nice, but the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. It is a 100% tourist trap"

"Nestled in a quaint alleyway, this traditional Italian eatery serve up a good hearty lunch with well priced menu. When you're near the lake, indulging in seafood is a must, and this restaurant didn't disappoint us. Their pasta and risotto dishes featuring fresh seafood were simply delicious. And they take their salad seriously, serving generous portion with well-prepared dressings. Definitely worth a return visit. Service: Dine in"

"AVOID. This is an awful place, the worst latte/coffee in Taormina in my experience. They don't even use fresh milk, croissants not fresh either. This left me feel so sickly and nauseated. Have been here for 3 weeks and this was by far the worst coffee. They also charge double at 5 euros Vs 2.50 in the side streets and a few meters down) for the latte machiatto. I ended up walking and then going to Excelsior Hotel for another latte to get the awful long life milk taste out of my mouth and paid the same price, but got much better service, better latte with real milk and lovely biscuits too. Great lattes/coffee can be found in the five star hotels, Osterica just a few metres down, a place right across Bam Bam Bar and also Cafe Zerrafno (I think it is called). I think the 5 star reviews are mainly from American tourists whoms palate/life experiences/ idea of quality differs to those from Europe/Asia/Middle East. So if you are into quality coffee, skip this! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1"
"Very disappointing experience. The overall atmosphere is what we expected; busy, close seating and high volume. Although there seemed to be an abundance of servers, there wasn’t any personal service. When we did place our order, we decided to skip the appetizer. We ordered lasagna, bolognese, and the veal Milanese (spilt to share). The portions were sufficient, however, the lasagna noodles were overcooked (mushy) flavor was decent, the Bolognese was the best part of the meal, but still nothing special. The biggest disappointment was the veal Milanese, which was extremely dry, no sauce (more like a schnitzel). Make sure you ask about cost if they mention something you do not see on the menu. The waiter suggested baby artichokes, it sounded like it was part of the dinner. However, the cost was an additional 20 euro. Not worth it at all- they were very small and bland."
