"Il cibo era nella media, ma il vero problema era il cameriere. Ci ha affrettato con l'ordine in modo aggressivo. Poi è andato da un suo amico e ci ha derisi apertamente, riferendosi a noi come "americani" (noi siamo britannici). Ci ha messo un'eternità a portarci l'acqua e poi ha condiviso i bicchieri in modo aggressivo. Alla fine del pasto, ha di nuovo raccolto i nostri piatti in modo aggressivo, come se avesse fretta, sbattendoli ovunque. Ha sostenuto che non avevamo pagato abbastanza, per poi accettare e dire che non era bravo in matematica. Non c'è stato alcun "grazie" o "arrivederci" al momento di andarcene. In sintesi, un'esperienza strana, poco accogliente e in modo bizzarro aggressiva. Ho la sensazione che non gradiscano i turisti. "Che peccato offrire un ristorante con un arredamento impeccabile e una buona esperienza culinaria (bruschetta di melanzane con parmigiana e spinaci alla ischitana) ma rovinare tutto con una scarsa qualità nei rapporti con i clienti! E farci andare via insoddisfatti. Infatti, quando ordino un piatto e prendo uno spritz da solo pensando che costi meno del vino abbinato alla bruschetta che ha preso mio marito, mi ritrovo a pagare di più per lo spritz da solo. Ho trovato estremamente sfortunato che quando lo abbiamo fatto notare, ha deciso di mantenere lo stesso prezzo, o di non darmi la bruschetta. Insomma, un vero peccato."

"We have known this restaurant since 2008 or 2009, when there were no recommendation services on the Internet yet, and the best recommendation for “where to go for dinner” in a foreign city was the advice of the receptionist. That’s how we got to know this restaurant and went there many times, we liked the cuisine, and Roberto prepared for us an incredible flambé dessert with orange liqueur made from fresh berries and ice cream. We haven't been to Milan for many years, but now we're back and found this restaurant. The kitchen was as wonderful as before. We were glad to see Roberto again, he remembered a dessert he had prepared for us many years ago and agreed to make it even though it wasn't on the menu. It was incredibly tasty, and looked so impressive that other restaurant guests wanted to order it too. For us it was more than dessert, it was a kind of time travel. "Da chiudere il prima possibile. L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione. Camerieri scortesi, pizza al lievito madre, forse dimenticata. Letteralmente una pizza surgelata e unta. Chiedi una coca e ti portano una pepsi da mezzo litro, facendoti pagare, e ovviamente non è bevibile. Non parliamo della pulizia all'interno del locale, tutto unto, bagni sporchi, porte rotte, senza carta igienica. È davvero triste vedere un posto del genere lasciato in mano a manager incapaci. "We asked our landlord for a fine restaurant nearby. He recommended this to Donato, but not for pizzas. We went around 19h without reservation and got a last table for a maximum of 1 hour. The pasta with Ragout sauce was fine, but too little seasoned. My partner still took a pizza and this was too wet in the middle as well as with much too much cheese. I had to get the pepper and the salt myself, as my request remained unanswered. Red wine was fine and we didn't get any bread any more. We reserved for the next day as we should have known about the pizza. Bruschetta as well as spaghetti with tomato sauce with my partner and meatballs as well as veal in lemon sauce with additional champions and Lattich with me. The Bruschetta and the meatballs were ok or fine. The spaghetti very fine and really spiced. My meat was served to someone else. But my supplements remained on the table and gradually became cold. When my partner was finished, my veal came. I read the lattich, the champignons I eat in front of the meat so it didn't get cold. The lemon sauce was too fat and too heavy. After all, we brought pepper and salt this time immediately. They apologised twice and offered us two espressos on request from my partner. My friend took one, I don't drink espresso. "Ho mangiato pasta al nero di seppia, bistecca e calamari fritti. C'erano così tanti clienti cinesi durante il nostro soggiorno che era così rumoroso che sembrava di essere in un ristorante cinese. Con il passare del tempo, sono arrivati più clienti italiani e l'atmosfera è cambiata. Il cibo nel complesso era delizioso, ma la bistecca era così salata e condita che la pasta al nero di seppia non sapeva di pasta all'olio. I calamari fritti sono un po' insipidi, poiché vengono serviti solo con limone crudo e senza salsa."

"If I could give 0 starts it would be to high! We stopped here for a quick drink on our way back from having a meal. We ordered 2 espresso martinis €15 and sat outside while listening to someone inside singing whilst pretending to play the piano. The waiter was very rude and said they were closing, then shut the doors and windows while the guy was still singing. When we asked the waiter if we could sit inside while we finished our drink, he very rudely said no! When a female member of staff came out, we asked her if we could go inside and she said it wasn't a problem. We went in for about 10mins, finished our drink and asked for the bill. When the rude waiter gave us the bill, a further €15 was added for service charge and entertainment charge. I refused to pay the extra charges and gave them €30 cash as we had only been there for 20mins and the service was shocking! The waiter then got very aggressive and shut us inside the restaurant and said we couldn't leave until we paid! He became aggressive towards me, verbally abused and threatened my girlfriend. We said that we wanted to call the police but they wouldn't give us the number.... The waiter was so aggressive at one point he reached for a knife that was by the oyster/fish trolly, but stopped when he was shouted at by the female manager. I managed to find the number for the police and started to call them.... At this point the female manager quickly opened the door and allowed us to leave! I would strongly recommend not going to this restaurant! I have never experienced anything like it in my life! Reading the reviews someone has posted a picture complaining of the same waiter! I have attached a screen shot of his picture as when I tried to photograph him that night he quickly dissapeared back into the restaurant."

"Sono passati 5 anni da quando ho recensito questo ristorante ben consolidato, anche se siamo tornati un paio di volte nel frattempo. Continua a offrire piatti semplici ma ben realizzati, serviti con eleganza e a prezzi equi in un ambiente tranquillo e accogliente. La selezione di vini è molto buona e hanno una gamma particolarmente piacevole di Rosé, tra cui alcune eccellenti scelte francesi. Oggi abbiamo osato con le ostriche Fin de Claire come antipasto, anche se ero preoccupato per il loro viaggio di 600 miglia dalla Normandia. Nessun motivo di preoccupazione. Erano fresche e al top. Gli spaghetti con le vongole e la bottarga di tonno di mia moglie e l'orata alla ligure erano entrambi lodevoli. I nostri dessert consistevano principalmente di sorbetti fatti in casa, diretti e deliziosi. Morbido, senza complicazioni, ma di alta qualità, La Vigna merita i suoi frequenti elogi. Anche se c'è un po' di parcheggio proprio sotto il ristorante, la strada a spirale da lì al centro di Alassio è stretta e potenzialmente insidiosa. Vale davvero la pena prendere un taxi da 11-12 euro giù o su per stare tranquilli, specialmente se si sta per godere di qualche rinfrescante alcolico."

"una piacevole scoperta! a partire da una miscela di pesce crudo di altissima qualità, varietà e freschezza servita impeccabilmente con ostriche, scampi, gamberetti rossi, cannolicchi, scallops, riccioli e cozze pelose e per finire un salmone marinato con bufalo di pastpaglia 4 primi pesci tra pasta con vongole, spaghetti con bottarga, vongole e pomodori, pappardelle con crostace arrosto. la posizione è in stile marino con legno bianco e non pensereste mai di essere nel bel mezzo della campagna Brianzola. la valutazione è soggettiva in quanto non siamo arredati ma persone che amano mangiare bene. il servizio era soddisfacente e curante. il prezzo è proporzionale alla qualità dei prodotti serviti. non si può aspettare di mangiare bene e con abbondanti porzioni spendendo poco soprattutto tenendo conto di dove si è. perfetto per occasioni speciali o eventi speciali. assolutamente consigliato!"
