"I had a fantastic experience at Ricci's. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for ambiance is because it was quite cold inside. Many customers had to keep their coats on, which was a bit disappointing. It was one of the coldest nights of the year, and I think they should have turned up the heating. Despite that, I still plan on returning because the food at Ricci's (and Ricci's Tapas) is the best in the area."

Overall very disappointing. Lack lustre menu. Ambiance poor due to very close proximity of other diners. We won’t visit again or recommend to family and friends

Ellie provided excellent service and took great care of us. The restaurant should consider promoting the free taxi service to Dean Clough as it could attract more customers.

We had a wonderful meal, especially the Turbot with garlic mashed potatoes - it was delicious. Our waiter, Travis, was very attentive and enthusiastic. If you could bottle that energy, you would make a fortune. We always enjoy dining at Ricci's. Thank you.
