Lenin provided good customer service and was very friendly. Cafe had good aesthetics.

Jenisha provided wonderful service in store. Pistachio and Rose petals cake is one of the best!!

If you like the colour pink and flowers, this coffee shop is your go to. Everything is cautiously arranged. I ate a strawberry cheesecake for 7.50£, which unfortunately was really expensive regarding the quality. Also the tea I drank was 7£...

Back on my first visit to London, I barely passed this cake display and remembered the place. During the second visit, seeing this cafe again, I couldn't resist. Coffee was good but syrup had to be poured our selves?? Honey cake was great but had nuts in it, with no disclaimer for nut allergies. Water was served in cups that smelt like dirty dish water. Napoleon cake would have been good if the cream was a bit more fresh Nice place, apart from spider web lingering above our head on the lamp. Enjoyed the book selection, behind us on the shelf. Staff were generally good.

Ordered a whole cake, had confirmation that the order was ready to pick up, store supervisor seems clueless what to do when he didn’t have the cake. Supervisor and staff are not trained, no manager around. Instead of full cake we got slices of cake, and only half the cake but in slices as the supervisor is not able to do maths. (Again not trained) Had to go back and complain, in the end a very stressful and unpleasant experience when you pay premium prices

Use to be an advocate for this brand and tell everyone how good their cakes are. But this company went down the hill some time ago, i came some time ago and wasn’t amazed by their desserts as I usually am I realised they changed their nice takeout bags to these cheap yellow bags that was a sign. Came in today to take out saffron and Napoleon cake both were SOUR and OLD, it did not taste fresh at all. With you cutting corners on the quality (changing for cheap bags, keeping cakes out for longer than they should and making them worse quality) you are cutting on your loyal clientele. In the past I always ordered my birthday cakes from Leto religiously, never again. Such a disappointment. Visualizza piatti
