Crowne Plaza was amazing! Afternoon tea was amazing! Staff were amazing! However Opentable- awful! My booking wasn’t received! I had to phone up and check.

Booking was not found at the crowne plaza resulting in a delayed meal. One member was dairy free which meant there was not a wide selection, staff were unsure what to do and it resulted in a very small arrangement of food. Apart from that the food was nice. Visualizza piatti

When we arrived, there was no personal, so we waited, and after 20 minutes I had to go into the bar where I was told that she was very busy and would come to us what she did 10 minutes later. we sat in the bar to have a drink, but 30 minutes later I had to look for a worker. there was no restaurant. back to the bar! a gentleman said he was looking for someone. Finally we were shown a table and our afternoon tea was delivered 10 minutes later. while we enjoyed our tee 3 employees moving tables and chairs around us. an hour later I had to go back to the bar to ask for our bill! very unsatisfactory. while we enjoyed eating, the service was terrible.

OKAY MY REVIEW IS ABOUT OPEN TABLE NOT CROWNE PLAZA. We turned up at the allotted time to find that there was no booking has it hadn't fed down from Open table to the restaurant. After speaking to the chef they were very apologetic and advised they weren't able to do afternoon tea due to weddings taking place and not having the correct ingredients to make the tea. they offered a voucher for a return visit but has I am local and it was a special treat for my daughter I declined. Instead has we were staying for dinner we took a offer of a bottle of wine. The staff were really friendly and service was excellent just a shame Open table didn't send the booking Visualizza piatti

Okay, I just want to say it's not about the table. we made ourselves to the forgiving time to find that there was no booking it did not feed from open table to the restaurant. after the talk with the cook they were very apologetic and recommended that they were not able to take place in the afternoon due to high times and not the right ingredients to make the tee. they offered a 50% credit for a return visit, but I am local and it was a special tasty bite for my daughter I rejected. instead we stayed for dinner we stayed a offer of a bottle of wine. the personal was really friendly and service was excellent just a canned open table not to send the booking.
