The food was overcooked and had been left under a heat lamp. Luckily, we dined at 1 o'clock instead of our planned 2 o'clock time, preventing us from receiving food that had been sitting out for an extra hour.

Two waitresses who appeared to be clueless in customer service. They served you bread midway through the meal! Carvery food was greasy and over salty not much fun if you’re a diabetic. The word ‘sorry’ did not exist in the restaurant manager’s vocabulary as she made poor excuses. Will not set foot in that place ever again.

I've read some of the cripples I had worried. yes, the hotel decoration looks a little tired, but not enough to spoil our joy. staff very friendly and helpful. a light problem was immediately treated. eat very acceptable, apart from the chips that were bright and undercooked and we had a very pleasant stay. I purchased a discounted two-night package and found the overall value to be satisfactory. The food was good, but the decor seemed a little outdated. Our room was delightful, although it appeared that there was a shortage of staff working. Despite this, Charlotte and Jean Paul went the extra mile to ensure that we had a pleasant experience.

A good selection of vegetables though regrettably not piping hot .
