"Lovely Afternoon Tea. Very nice well presented. Had a wonderful afternoon. The Staff were soo friendly attentive. Coming over making sure everything was ok. Offering more coffee tea. The Manager on Duty was fantastic going round speaking to all the customers. Making everyond feeling at ease. Will definately be back. time in Hotel will be back would recommend. I was that impressed I was looking into booking an overnight stay"

A great restaurant. Beautiful, firstly The Hotel Jerome is gorgeous Their Bar too. Food wise, the menu has obvious Italian influences.

Booked afternoon tea through open table, came at the hotel only to say that they stop serving afternoon tea there months ago. This is not the first instance that this error was made. The staff was nice and friendly, but bad show of open table unlikely to make this service again as its unclear if other mistakes are made.

I had a delightful afternoon tea at this restaurant. The presentation was very nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. The manager on duty was fantastic, making sure all customers felt comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place. I was so impressed that I even considered booking an overnight stay at the hotel for the first time.

I made a reservation for afternoon tea through OpenTable and when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they had stopped serving afternoon tea there months ago. This was not the first time this mistake had happened. The staff were nice and friendly, but it was disappointing that OpenTable had inaccurate information. I am hesitant to use this service again as it is unclear if other mistakes are being made.
