"Booking and greeting until so far everything is fine. When ordering also OK. Then after 45 minutes without our food we asked why the preparation took so long. The waitress told us that another table has our dishes, and we can have their order if we want! She was also quite argumentative. And without the least attempt of an apology. A waiter came by and gave us a round, so we decided to stay and not leave without eating. We finally got the food. The dishes have tasted us well. Too bad everything except the food was so terrible. —————————— Booking was easy enough and we were greeted politely. The order was taken without trouble. Then after 45 minutes without our meals arrive, we asked why it was taking so long. The waitress told us that another table had ended up with our order and that we could have theirs if we wanted! She was really argumentative about it. And didn’t offer any attempt of an apology. A waiter came over and offered us another round of drinks on the house, so we decided to stay and not leave having not eaten. In the end we got our meals and they tasted good. What a shame that everything other than the food was so terrible."

My wife had the lamb chops with rice and I took a lamb skewer with Turkish bread. Both dishes were very tasty and plentiful. If you're in for lamb...this is the place to be in Aachen.

We visited this nice restaurant together with our niece. We were welcomes in a very friendly way.The Turkish red wine we ordered was good.We choose for different main dishes and they were served at the same time. I ordered tuna fish, our niece the dorade and my husband the mixed grill. It was really delicious!We really recommend this place!

Whenever I am in Aachen I enjoy coming here. The starters are always pleasant and refreshing. I always go for either the lamb skewers or minced lamb skewers on flat bread. Delicious and filling. The taste of the coal comes through and lends plenty of character to the dish.The grilled vegetables (as side dishes or stand alone) are also delicious, as are the sauces/dips.The layout is also very agreeable, with the open balcony and the top floor overlooking the grill area.The main downside is the very sloped street which can be unpleasant for sitting outside.All in all, always a pleasant eat out if I am not looking for fancy eating.
