"Our roast dinners and tapas were cooked to perfection; you would have to travel far and wide to find food that rivals this! As people who frequently dine out, both nationally and internationally, we feel fortunate to have such an excellent restaurant within just a five-minute walk from home. Bravo, Bandhouse! Everything is just right, and we even spotted a staff member from Varini here tonight, along with what seemed to be a new guy from Liverpool who was great as well!"

"Been here tonight with 6 adults and 5 children for a Family celebration. I dropped the cake and banners off the night before and they sorted everything out ready for us to arrive. We use amigos alot when we have family occasions as there is a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Especially the Manager who is always brilliant with the children and he is always very chatty and assertive. Cannot recommend the place enough. The food is always amazing and we always feel comfortable and at ease with their patients when eating with small children. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"Quite enjoyed the food but it was no different to the majority of Indian restaurants...however when it came to service there was a lot left to be desired. We found the manager was bordering on abrasive and the servers where reaching in to clear the tables whilst managing to bump into customers...I managed to be bumped on both sides and actually had rice flicked onto me at one point! I would suggest a bit of training wouldn't go amiss. When I questioned the shortfall in my pint of beer, I was told that it had come out of a bottle and was therefore not a pint...John Smiths? Bottled? No it isn't! If it was actually a can...they charged about £4 for it! Having said that, the premises where very nice as was the food prices."

"We waited for 25 minutes for our sandwiches to come out, only to realize they were filled with the wrong ingredients. When I mentioned this to the young girl serving us, she was very argumentative and insisted that I had ordered the wrong filling. This all happened in front of my 4-year-old son. Eventually, she took the sandwiches back and we finally got the correct filling, but the whole ordeal was disappointing. As someone in the catering business myself, I believe that the customer is always right and arguing with them is not the way to handle a situation like this. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this restaurant. My advice would be to carefully choose your staff members and perhaps opt for more mature individuals."

"We booked a table here for my dad’s birthday, 6 adults and 2 children. Service was poor. It took over one hour and we’d only eaten our starters, food was slow. Food was brought out at different time. Children’s starters were forgotten (garlic bread) and never brought out or even acknowledged they were forgotten. Children’s meals were slow coming out, so we were sat waiting around to eat. Then after desserts were brought out, we were quickly ushered out and we were told to pay up as the next table were stood waiting at the bar area, we would’ve finished quicker if service had been faster! Never asked once if we would like any more drinks. Children from another table were running around screaming and nothing was done about it, one couple left due to this. What was supposed to be a special night, didn’t turn out so special! We paid over £200 and it definitely wasn’t worth it."
