"Ok, Akakiko is a chain, and usually not so great. However, this location does get 4 starts since it is my favourite location for this chain in Vienna thus far as has a very nice zen set up and feel to it, and it seems clean so far. Also, their duck soup is AWESOME. Honestly, at the end of the day I did not have sushi at this location. However, I have had the duck ramen noodle soup here twice. I swear by it that it helps you when you are under the weather, a sort of chicken soup for the soul , but in this case, I guess duck. I do wish they had a good beef soup here, I have not found it yet, but maybe I am just not reading the menu correctly, so by default I have duck, because otherwise its sea food soup. Soup around 9 Euros. While this one is good and filling, a place for amazing Pho (beef, although other options too), also larger at same price, is Saigon Restaurant, near Karlzplatz. Somehow Saigon 's feels healthier, although maybe for date if you want something to feel a bit more upscale, this Akakiko location may be slightly better (I would not say the same for other Akakiko locations). Drinks on the other hand are not so great. The lily flower tea looks cool; shows up dehydrated and then they stick it in a tea pot of hot water, so it opens up. More show than flavourful I would say. You can have beer here. Around 4 Euros each drink I believe. My friend 's sushi looked fine. You can pay between 9 to 15 Euros here on sushi dishes. The location is not so obvious to find. On the ground floor there are lots of automatically opening glass doors, enter by the ones on the far right, and then there is an elevator. Enter the elevator, and up you go to Akakiko. Don 't expect views of Vienna or anything. There seems to be a second floor, but I have not explored it yet. Overall: Go for the soup, if you can 't make it to Saigon or you want something seemly looking more upscale (but really is not I think)"

Das Essen war lecker (große Portionen), die Kellnerin war nett! Trotzdem nur 4 Sterne weil es im Restaurant zu kalt war.

Tolles Angebot an japanischen Speisen. Sehr nette Bedienung. Unbedingt empfehlenswert nach einem Spaziergang durch die Innenstadt oder vor einem Theater besuch.

Etwas kleines lokal aber dafür super freundliches Personal und schneller Service, Preis stimmt auch und essen schmeckt super, vor allem das Dessert Oreo dream ist der Hammer

Mir hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Nettes Personal und schönes Restaurant. Meine Hauptspeise war mit „scharf“ gekennzeichnet. Es war für mich eine angenehme Schärfe, kenn das auch anders. Da ist es so scharf das man gar nichts mehr schmeckt

Ich war gestern Mittag dort essen. Ebi Mayo und die Spicy Pops waren sehr gut! Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die Wassermelonen Stücke für meine Tochter. Sophie (mein Tochter) hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt und wir werden sicher noch öfters kommen!

Pretty cool location on top of the Gerngross shopping centre overlooking Mariahilferstrasse and onward past the House des Meeres and beyond. Service is also fast and efficient, friendly and welcoming. Although I only had a small starter, it was quite tasty and served at the right temperature. Prices not too bad either. Solid 4 stars.

Sitting on their beautiful terrace is so wonderful! On the roof top of this 5-floors building, you have a wonderful view over Vienna, just in front of the Mariahilfer church and the aquarium. It makes your meal very unique and completely worth settling for an average Asian restaurant. But even if it isn't a very authentic Asian local, the food is of good quality. I tried their Dim Sums, they were actually quite tasty! :

I had dinner there with a friend last week.. the restaurant is nicely furnished and I like the huge windows which give you a great view over the viennas rooftops! but the food (at least the one I ordered sesame chicken was really not worth the price. it was very, very dry because the teriyaki sauce was almost missing.. my friend had sushi, that was quite good, but there are way cheaper sushi places in Vienna as well (you'll be happier at natsu ! waiters were friendly and we didn't have to wait long to get the bill :
