"Das Katerini ist ein griechisches Restaurant im Norden von Bremen. An einem Freitagabend haben wir uns spontan entschlossen zu zweit hier einzukehren, da das Restaurant von außen einen gemütlichen (vielleicht ein wenig kitschigen) Eindruck macht. Obwohl das Restaurant schon sehr voll war haben wir zu zweit noch einen freien Tisch erhalten. Innen kann das Restaurant leider nicht ganz mit dem Eindruck von Außen mithalten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Bei den Hauptgerichten war die Bedienung am Salatbuffet inkludiert. Dies stellte sich allerdings als mäßig heraus und es gab auch nur ein Dressing. Bei den Speisen habe ich mit dem Lammfilet die falsche Wahl getroffen. Es war geschmacklich maximal Durchschnitt und quasi ungewürzt. Bei einem nächsten Besuch würde ich mich an die bei einem deutschen Griechen typischen Gerichte halten, denn die Teller die der Kellner an mir vorbei getragen hat, sahen durchaus gut und reichlich aus. Einen Ouzo auf das Haus gab es vor und nach dem Essen."

"Waren heute bei euch und sind mehr als begeistert. Dönerteller und Iskender bestellt, megalecker. Der weite Weg hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Auch der Service und Sauberkeit waren wirklich top werden bald wieder kommen Heute, nach gut drei Monaten wieder da gewesen....dieses Mal sehr schlecht. Der Laden war sehr kalt, mussten mit Winterjacke dort sitzen. Geht gar nicht. Der Laden war sehr dreckig, überall noch Essensreste vom Vorgänger. Mein Mann hat gute 5 Minuten vor mir essen bekommen. Die Sauce auf seinem Dönerteller musste man suchen, essen auch nur warm. Ich habe dann mein Essen bekommen, Iskender ..leider auch nicht mehr so lecker wie beim letzten Mal und vor allem...es war kalt!!! Das war dann leider unser letzter Besuch dort...sehr schade!"

"Dieses Restaurant ist immer einen Besuch wert. Das Personal ist ausgesucht freundlich und aufmerksam und bietet hervorragenden Service.Die Speisen sind durchweg sehr lecker. Es gibt die typisch italienische Speisekarte mit ein paar griechischen Angeboten wie Gyrosteller.Es wird ein Korb mit vier warmen Pizzabrötchen und streichfähige Kräuterbutter vorab auf den Tisch gebracht. Alle Speisen sind von hoher Qualität und sehr lecker. Die Preise sind in Ordnung.Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße. Das Restaurant verfügt über einen abgeschlossenen Raucherraum und sehr viele Tische vor dem Haus, zur Straße hin, wo man im Sommer gut essen kann.Wir sind daher sehr gerne Stammgäste geworden. Man sollte auf jeden Fall vorher reservieren!"

"Einfach nur Wahnsinn. Habe um 21.00uhr 2x Eis bestellt und Pizza. Um 22:00 Uhr kam nur 1x Eis und die Pizza. Angenommen hat es zwar meine Mutter, habe aber direkt angerufen und keiner ging ran. ! Wenn gerade geliefert wurde müssten noch Mitarbeiter im Laden sein ! Ich habe damals 2014 und 2015 auch dort gearbeitet also weiß ich wovon ich rede ! Es wurde nach mehrfachem anrufen einfach die Bandansage angemacht ! Einfach nur dreist. Ich will morgen das Geld in Bar zurück haben für das Eis was sich verirrt hat! Just madness. Ordered ice cream and pizza twice at 9:00 p.m. At 10:00 p.m. only 1x ice cream and the pizza came. My mother accepted it, but I called straight away and no one answered. ! If it has just been delivered, there should still be employees in the store! I also worked there in 2014 and 2015 so I know what I'm talking about! After calling several times, the announcement was simply turned on! Just bold. I want the money back in cash tomorrow for the ice cream that went astray!"

Speculating about them is not the purpose of a restaurant criticism. In Panda, according to our observation, based on several visits, almost all guests eat buffet. The audience is mixed. We think there are people from the village, but also families or groups that attract the cheap offer from Bremen. Also on Saturday the restaurant is not fully occupied due to the immense capacity. So you can watch spontaneously. In Panda there is a two-part buffet: there is the cold side and the warm side . The cold side keeps the ingredients you put yourself together and put the grill on a plate on the vases. It then cooks the assembly on a hot stainless steel plate with the technique of continuous rotation known from cooking in Wok, for which it uses two wide spatulas. Then he asks which of the eight sauces he should add to seasoning. It ranges from hoisin to ginger, garlic to supposedly sharp Mongolian sauce. You can also choose a sauce mix. Then everything is raised to a fresh plate. On the warm side of the buffet you will find classics known by the Chinese, such as crusty duck breast, fried beef, baked chicken, pork in sesame seeds, eight treasures, mushrooms, rice and four sauces. A selection of cold appetizers (tomatoes with mozzarella, kidney beans, leaf salad and dressings are also offered. So that the food is rounded, there are also sushi with ginger and wasabi to season, baked bananas, fruits, ice cream and forest master jelly. In view of the offer and the still to be treated quality of the offer, the Panda is certainly a good address, but for the friend not highly-ambitated Asian cuisine with great appetite. Given the buffet price of € 13.80 per person and offer, the price-performance ratio is almost the highest value. For 0.3 l of Pils will be charged €2.40, a bottle of mineral water 0.75 l will be charged with €4.90. You cannot talk about wine selection. You can choose between red and white! And for the surprise 3,90 € for 0.2 l surprise. The speciality on the drink card is for brave the five Chinese hammocks, starting with the Kao Liang (2.50 € to Mou Tai (3.50 €).
