"the alchemist is located very close to the hotel where we stayed, so there was almost no doubt that we would see one of the evenings here. it opens around 18. there are not many places and many tribes. I've been here three times and fell in love with alchemist. the service is wonderful. if there is no language barrier, the cook will probably come to them and discuss the frying of the ordered steaks and show the raw piece meat that he will prepare. in general, the personal is very friendly, they create a special atmosphere. the feeling that they have come into the restaurant of their friends. my recommendations: lamb, noodles with truffle - are incomparable. I was here last year and they even got better. small place with 4 tables, bar, a service and a cook. I had noodles with truffles - excellent entrecôte from an Australian ochsen with sparing - to die. very nice loose service. I will be back as soon as possible.
