diners intention! not recommended / these youngs overload them by placing them on meals and drinks they never ordered. please check the bill! if they challenge them, deny it.

when my parents were in town, we wanted to get some Indian food near the tower bridge. the ambiente was amazing, with a very white table cloth feeling. our server, sam, was very knowledgeable and recommended a series of amazing directed. we had a great night!

four of us ate here after seeing the war of worlds experience over the way from the church. we were welcome and the service was friendly and helpful. food and very tasty. came after anokha with husband and my older brother for my birthday meal. when I told them that I was absolutely mocked by the beautiful deco in the restaurant. the customer service was at the point we were so polite and inclined to our needs asap....The eating is absolutely delicious. I will recommend

Don't bother! Over priced. Under seasoned. Poppadoms were good though. Unfriendly staff. Rude management. Relying on the location for corporate clients to fill their pockets so don't care if you're not happy with anything. Would never set foot in the place again. Oh and the...manager considers the covid situation to be bulls so don't expect it to be covid safe

Indian food is great. that's a statement they probably hear that I'm doing. but the thing is, I never tend to spoil from the byobs of brick lane, from the restaurants that they find with discounts and deals, the well-made authentic dishes (and not-so-great) that they find, and although yes, they can eat some delicious Indian food there, I sometimes feel like I am visiting the tourist-friendly pavillons from east london. I booked a table for six people ten days before our planned Saturday evening meal. I received an email confirmation clearly beyond the booking. on this Saturday I thought it was strange that I had not received any reminder of the booking by phone, text or email. my calls to the restaurant were unanswered, and when I checked for tripadvisor, I noticed that the restaurant was closed until Monday! our party was then left in a panic that tried to find a table somewhere on a busy Saturday night. inevitable organisation and administration.

Monday September. Was very lucky to have been invited to a group celebration for a friend where this restaurant was choose due to prior knowledge of the outstanding service and quality of food served. It did not disappoint. Not cheap but certainly getting your...money worth. The most friendly of staff and care and detail for everything. Standard fair on the menu with a number of specials. I’m sure they can cook anything if asked as well. Very grand place full of history and could see the rise at reopening after such a long time. Workers in the area will already know the place well but well worth the effort if wishing to upgrade on occasion.

Quite a snazzy, if a little dark, downstairs dining room. Food and menu were pretty much as expected and my garlic chilli chicken was tasty, naan good too. There were a few slightly more off-piste duck and monk fish curries, which were also nice enough...apparently. The service was a combination of friendly, rushed and brusk. Clearing some diners plates away while others were eating a bit of a bug-bear. As was moving the tables near us around and sweeping around them. It felt a little like they were trying to get cleared ups they could shut the second the last bill was paid. On that note, it was pretty expensive.
