We have visited Artemis frequently since we started visiting Quedlinburg. Our first visit to Artemis was probably 5 years ago. They continue to deliver very good quality food at a very decent price. Looks like most nights is a sign too... good value for money. Good atmosphere. Recommended.

Two Greek restaurants face each other on the main street near the hotel Zur Goldenen Sonne. We can’t compare them since we tried only one, but we can certainly recommend Artemis. It is quite popular and had many customers already seated when we arrived about...7.30. The interior of the restaurant is interesting, with nooks and cranies all filled with happy customers. Our waiter spoke German without grammar, just like us, so we could communicate easily. We started with a saganaki, which was quite different from what we are accustomed to in the U.S. It was covered with onion strips and there was no sizzling sauce of olive oil and lemon juice. I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night as part of a large group that had made a reservation. Our tables were ready for us when we arrived. The rest of the restaurant was very full. About 30 minutes elapsed before our orders were taken....To simplify the job feeding a large group we had a fixed starter and desert and a choice of three main courses. Placing the order was problematic as the Greek waiters spoke little or no English. We did have German speakers in our group. When the food eventually came the starter, a simple salad was covered in dressing that some people didn't want so refused the salad. Next came plates of vegetables. After a lengthy wait the main course began to appear....

Ho visitato questo ristorante il sabato sera come parte di un grande gruppo che aveva fatto una prenotazione. I nostri tavoli erano pronti per noi quando siamo arrivati. Il resto del ristorante era molto pieno. Circa i minuti trascorsi prima che i nostri ordini venissero presi .... Per semplificare il lavoro che alimenta un grande gruppo avevamo un starter fisso e un deserto e una scelta di tre corsi principali. Posizionare l'ordine era problematico dato che i camerieri greci parlavano poco o nessun inglese. Abbiamo avuto diffusori tedeschi nel nostro gruppo.
