It was a disappointing experience, as usual, during the weekend. The service was terrible, and we won't be returning.

This is a beautiful restaurant that's perfect for our pre-examination meals. The service is incredibly fast, and the food is delicious. We always have a wonderful time here and feel very welcomed. Cheers! Visualizza piatti

The restaurant was nearly empty, with only two tables occupied, yet we still waited 40 minutes for the kids' pasta. Additionally, when we arrived, there was no staff in sight, and we had to wait for someone to show up.

I had a vegan meal here and I was pleasantly surprised. They offer vegan cheese, which is becoming standard among restaurant chains. The dessert was better than what I've had at Zizzi. While Zizzi's dessert is delicious, this one surpasses it by a long shot—like a high jumper clearing the bar effortlessly. It's definitely the best vegan chocolate dessert available at UK chains!

The staff and management were friendly and professional, doing their best to accommodate us given the circumstances. However, I expected better, especially since I had made a reservation for eight people, including four children, to celebrate my wife's birthday. "As expected for an Australian establishment, the service was super fast and the pizza tasted decent. Don't forget to check online for discounts; even though I didn't have a taste card, I managed to get 40% off after a quick search before asking for the bill. One annoying thing was that the waitress asked us about three times if we were ready to order. I guess it was a pretty slow lunchtime on Tuesday, and she didn’t have much else to do."

When we arrived they didn’t have our booking confirmed which was weird but said hey could fit the three of us in anyways. It was slightly busy but it was Friday night. Took a very long time for a server to come and take our drink orders and then food orders. Drinks didn’t come until we had to ask for them again! Ordered calamari but it was cold once it arrived at the table as i think it had been cooked for a while and waiting to be collected to bring to our table. We told them it was cold and they immediately gave us a fresh calamari. Service continued to be slow throughout the night as they are definitely under-staffed. on 26 December birthday of my wife the restaurant had unfortunately a crash with her cook in the night before the problems caused with service, eating and storage level. the manager had explained the situation and that it is a very low teig deficiency....not great in a pizza and pasta restaurant. of course ordered pasta, which then also let the pasta run out. we didn't get what we wanted on our pasta selection, that didn't taste good either. fortunately we were not charged for these 3 courts. the staff and management were friendly and professional. they did their best to serve us well in the circumstances.
