"Went with a friend and we wanted to pay for our own items, the man who handed us the bill said if we want to pay individually we can use the app, when we said we want to use card the server said we can work it out ourselves and he stormed off like a child???? No clue what his problem was, then we sat there for several minutes waiting for him to return because he didn't want to wait for us to do a simple sum. Appalling behaviour."

Food was amazing, arrived really quickly. The staff were great with my children (and they can be quite a handful! . Best restaurant in Union Square by far! Will be making this a regular trip!

We had a LOVELY experience when we were here for my husbands birthday. A gentleman from the establishment (I assumed an owner perhaps) asked us if we were happy with where we had been put and we weren't so he moved us to a lovely romantic spot in the corner, I was EXTREMELY impressed! Thanks

I do like Zizzi but I have had issues with my food last two visits (in 2 different locations). I ordered something with a couple of items to be removed- each time the kitchen didn’t remove both. This put me off the food. The front of house staff were lovely and very apologetic- it’s a shame the kitchen staff have let them down. Visualizza piatti

One server was pretty rude and telling us the vegan cheese is not nice and to get normal cheese (which I can’t have). Didn’t think it was very professional to tell customers that something on their menu isn’t good. He also then proceeded to serve us a coffee with cows milk when oat milk was asked for (luckily it was not an intolerance and just a preference).

Zizzi was quite busy when we arrived, second time this week!! Ewan the barman was exceptional and served our drinks promptly and even took our food order. I had the Milanese Chicken which was lovely, my sister had the butternut squash salad which was delicious. Very reasonably priced, great atmosphere and very clean. Staff are friendly and attentive....No complaints at all.
