Excellent accueil, plats standards, un bon plan au coeur de Strasbourg, et surtout une parfaite alternative si le Caveau Gurtlerhoft est complet.

Место в самом туристическом центре. Поэтому ничего особо вкусного мы не съели. Обслуживают медленно. Вот только цены на устрицы приятные в Украине в ресторане по 2€ за устрицу не найдёшь . Ну а так приятно посидеть у них в саду и выпить бокальчик шампанского.

Trovata per caso e dopo aver letto le recensioni ci siamo decisi a entrare. Peccato i tavoli all'aperto fossero tutti occupati. Comunque personale disponibile e gentile, ci ha fatto sedere all'interno. Menù Inglese con traduzione italiana.Porzioni abbondanti e birre tutto buono!

L intérieur du restaurant est très typique et emplacement top face a la cathedrale.Nous avons pris le menu a 25€ le soir.En entrée, La tarte a l'oignon etait sympa mais l assiette de crudité est très décevante.En plat le jaret etait bon.Les desserts decevants notamment la tarte myrtille (sans goût - décongelée ??) - nous nous en sommes plaint et la serveuse nous a offert des digestifs.Donc globalement cher pour la qualité

Very nice address, a brasserie ideally located, at the foot of the cathedral while remaining quiet. We tasted the gratinated and mushroom tarte flambée for 3 p.m. and we enjoyed it. So we made a reservation for the next day at noon and ordered 2 local menus. Onion tart, braised shank, minced meat, scoop of ice cream. Everything was very good condition generously served. Wir waren zum Abendessen dort. Ab 20:00 Uhr empfiehlt es sich einen Tisch zu reservieren.Das Lokal wird dann sehr schnell voll.Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Die Getränke kamen sehr schnell. Auch das Essen dauerte maximal 30 Minuten, bis es auf dem Tisch stand. Wir hatten eine Meeresfrüchteplatte auf Eis und ein Rösti mit Ziegenkäse. Das passende "Werkzeug" zu den Meeresfrüchten gab es auch.Es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt.Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung

Made reservations which we observed signifies in which area of the restaurant you are seated. Very welcoming and in English. My husband and I both ordered Asparagus soup which we both found to need more emulsion and seasoning, there was no salt. Bottle of wine was great. My salmon with Reisling sauce was okay, again needed seasoning, the sauerkraut was okay. My husband had the sea bass with 3 filets on top of sweet potatoes seasoned with ginger, not knowing what to expect and it was just okay. So while we didn’t feel the food was the best, the service was great and attentive.

Our visit to the Au Dauphin restaurant was an absolute highlight of our stay in Strasbourg. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The furnishings are typically Alsatian and exude a cozy authenticity that completes the experience. Eat: We had the pleasure of trying a variety of dishes: Wiener Schnitzel, pork knuckles with spaetzle, chicken Gordon Bleu and a cheeseburger. Each dish was superbly prepared, the flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation was attractive.
