The only downside is that the toilets are located upstairs, making it less accessible. However, the staff were kind enough to drive a golf buggy to the front entrance, where the toilets are located on the same level as the restaurant. They were also willing to assist less mobile customers, like my mother-in-law, by driving the buggy to the car park. Overall, the service was excellent."

The meal at this restaurant was fantastic! The dishes were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The service was outstanding, with efficient and friendly staff who were also very helpful.

An outstanding restaurant in terms of food, setting, and service. The set menus are inexpensive for this standard but you can spend a lot on drinks. On this occasion we had the three course set lunch at £29.50 each with a Prosecco at £11.50, non alcohol drink at £8.50 , then coffee and tip the bill came out at £96. I have eaten at quite a few Michelin stars restaurants over the years and Auberge du Lac is in that league. Presentation, flavour, and texture as you would expect.

I attended Auberge Du Lac for Sunday Lunch on 5th May 2019 with my husband and parents as part of my 60th birthday celebrations. Everything from our arrival to departure was wonderful. The service was excellent and the food beautiful. The lounge where we took pre lunch drinks was lovely and the dining room overlooking the lake second to none. I would like to mention one member of the team in particular Emma who was so friendly and helpful. She really couldn't do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be returning sooner rather than later.
