"In a family trip, the Aouzine appeared as a comforting oasis, which would have offered the breath of tranquility that, listen to me well, was vital in my condition, close to a flak of sweat. An incredible velvet burger, and an artisanal beer, that's all it took to make me forget all my troubles, reminding me of the summer meals in my grandma's garden. It's simple, warm and whispering, and it's probably worth more than any tourist attraction has several kilometers in the round. Go on, I even think if I had cancer, my passage to the Ouzine would have healed it. A pleasure."

"After our visit to Quirebus, we booked the restaurant of the hostel. nice private parking, small shaded terasse, everything started well. a friendly service, Corbières-Cathares dishes, a bit rustic but well done. beautiful wine map, at unbeatable prices. everything is to eat and drink with a nice value for money. "The food was acceptable, but not excellent. The service, however, was incredibly slow. We arrived and sat down at 730, but our waitress did not visit the table until 755. We received our main course at 945 over two hours after arriving! At 1000,...I paid the bill and left, without receiving my dessert. The waitress did not even remark on my not having received a course included in the menu. I understand there may be an issue with staffing, but perhaps the restaurant should stay closed until they have enough workers. The waitress remarked that everyone must wait their turn this evening hardly a professional attitude! Avoid."

"Not having time to stop for a fulllunch we dived into this place offering a range of snacks and salads. It was nice to see them serving local beers and the service was prompt and friendly. However the salads were a huge disappointment. Costing around 8.50 euros the salade Catalane sounded good but was nothing more than lettuce, hard boiled egg, couple of olives and a bit of tinned tuna with some very strange tasting tomato sauce. Others in our party had hamburgers which were ok but nothing special. I suppose with all the tourist trade in this village they don't need to try too hard."
