Has dinner with two other colleagues . Was surprised at the quality of the ambience n the cuisine . Very good steak and dessert . Service was good . The atmosphere was very warm n homely .

Nice restaurant, excellent food, very nice and competent staff, very good wine, we even got a small wine tasting since we couldn’t decided which wine to choose. If you are in Chemnitz, you need to visit this restaurant.

Excellent location, very polite staff, even our dog was welcomed by some fresh water. Delicious food served in appropriate time. Short but good dessert menu, the chocolate cake was amazing. Moderate prices, good price/performance ratio. We will come back definitely!

We were visiting Chemnitz to visit our German friends who were kind enough to host and take us to this pristine and heritage restaurant and guest house . Several centuries old with the old inn character this was a memorable visit and meal. The food was imaginative and top notch in taste and appearance. Would go back anytime and recommend this wholeheartedly.

We just loved the execution of every dish both fish and meat and the noble touch on known Central European dishes. Everything was in place and the service helped increase the joy of dining in Ausspanne. The wine list had a full choice of German Austrian Italian and French wines and rhe choice of digestives, brandys and fruit liquor store was exceptional. One of the very best in Chemnitz

This evening I had an opportunity to taste cuisine from a region of Erzgebirge in the oldest building in Chemnitz !!! I have chosen a traditional pork roast with a huge amount of souce. It was really good and looked amazing !! I can only...recommend it the dessert was more international... the creme bruile wirh hazelnut ice creams it was sweet but as well very light and refreshing the pictures down below)... the local looks beautiful (from outside and from inside) !!! The service profesional. Waitresses were really polite :D these all makes, that the atmosphere is casual and you can feel very comfortable
