Best chappli kebab in London and very tasty afghani pealo and chicken karahi very good customer service

Food was normal.you can't get what you pay.they are trying to present food as Peshaweri but .....feels like just a label.

We have never been disappointed by this place. The food is incredible and reasonably priced. The Charsi lamb karahi and Charsi chicken karahi are must-try dishes. The BBQ is also fantastic.

Food is okay but service is really bad. You will have to call and ask for everything even if they are not so busy. They don’t really look after hygiene as such which I have noticed. Will not be going back.

The Chapli kebab was not good and the karahi gosht was boiled meat. The prices were high and the staff was rude. They insisted on cash payment of £108, but after we insisted, they finally brought the card machine. Not recommended. Visualizza piatti

As family of 5 with 3kids we ordered food nothing was available for kids apart from chips from next door and the chips had hair in it, they asked us for salad and they charge salad 3.99 it’s ripping the customer and a nan is 2.99, so awkward when they served us without knife and napkins

Plumped for a local restaurant this time around and fancied Afghan cuisine. The peshawari kebab (3 large pieces chapli) is the signature dish. This wasn't bad. Ordered a selection of dishes to go with this, mixed grill, sizzling paneer, chicken tikka masala, saag, lamb chops along side garlic naan and rice. Mixed grill was good but tikka masala too creamy, paneer and and saag not tasty. Other dishes decent. It's a nice place but we had to wait over 35 minutes for food and we had to wait extra time to get naan. Rice did not come till right at the end. The management need to work on little things like this. On the plus side good lassi and the place was warm.

Okay my comment here will be mostly based upon their Afghani Pilaow as this is by far the BEST BEST Afghani Pilaow I have found in the whole of London. The overall food is alright. But the quality of their Afghani Pilaow is by far the best I have come across. The meat is extremely tender (always) and not dark in colour, easily comes off and well well cooked to the core. The rice and the mewaas are softly cooked, no smell and the rice are always fresh and long. I am a regular visitor of Taste of Pakistan as well and Kebabish original Southall. Both their Afghani Pilaow are not as soft and well cooked as Baab-e- khayber's. Their Karahais are alright, but not exceptional. The owner of the resta... Visualizza piatti
