"Можно сказать, что это пекарня самообслуживания. Два раза мы подкреплялись в Back-Factory. В первый раз согревались и укрывались от дождя. Выпечка была настолько свежей (и недорогой!), латте и капучино – качественные, что мы решили зайти сюда как-нибудь ещё. Кафе расположено по пути от Lorenzkirche к Hauptmarkt, немного не доходя Музейного моста. Пройти мимо просто невозможно. Поскольку самообслуживание, экономишь кучу времени, сам выбираешь, что съесть, сам наливаешь, что выпить. Если немецкий «не очень», то тут он практически и не нужен. Во второй наш заход светило солнце, и мы сели за столик на улице, уличные музыканты исполняли популярную классику… Всё просто замечательно!"

Good choices of something to snack on.... the cashier super friendly and helpful ... We did not buy much, but that is what I call service to the guest ... I will get my snacks there tomorrow too.

A bit disappointed that they did not allow dogs in the store. We had a couple of hot drinks and pastries for breakfast. They have a huge choice of pastries, donuts, muffins, pretzels, and breads.

Siamo stati qui per uno spuntino abbiamo provato sia dolce che salato e una bibita.Per la qualità che offrono hanno prezzi ottimi, 2.5 per un panino con mozzarella pomodori prosciutto mi pare onestissimo . Hanno anche uno buono spazio sia dentro che fuori .

Nice place for good quality food and reasonable pricing. The caffe has plenty choice of bakery (buns, pizzas, sandwiches, tortillas) , different sets with salads, spirit drinks. The location is perfect- on the city's heart ''central square''. Prices are extremely cheap for Germany- sandwiches, tortillas 3-5eur, salads 4-6eur, buns 0,50-1,5 cents.

For a quick snack in between, that's the right thing. Wide range of sandwiches and pastries. You can sit inside or outside. The furnishings are simple and the tables are not too large. Adapted to the purpose, you do not eat a 5 courses menu here. The staff (1, no idea where the others were or whether that ever will be more) was normal. We'll be happy to come back.

I suppose being busy is a good sign. The only place to sit was outside in December! Not to bad as they supply blankets for you sit. Food was good quality and prices were good. The staff were helpful with getting the right money sorted out for you. We're not that used to the Euro,so their help was gratefully received. My wife and I were there during the Christmas Market which why it was very busy. Whilst out walking and taking in the views, this place is a nice break to stop eat, drink and people watch.
