Bagelstein is clearly one of the best bagel shop. Since the purchase of the Bagel and coffee (formerly rue de Bordeaux, it was paradise) I hesitated, but bagelstein is the best. The bread is delicious, the team is just great, welcoming, warm, listening especially to the customer advice. I think the most important thing is there, my only disappointment is that there is no pork ham or even a la carte chicken. I don't understand that choice.
