Great place for a dinner with your family or a meeting. We had a party for 20 people and it was just perfect. The food was extremely delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for making it very special for us.

Tasty South Indian cuisine. Very tasty. The quantity they serve is less for the money. Any starter dish we order, they serve only three pieces. They shall consider this. When you feel satisfied about the food, the bill would have been above £300 per person in an average.

It was a wonderful day for our son who saw the Christmas lights in the West End. His highlight was the dinner we booked at the Bangaloe Express. He enjoys his drink and he loves his lambs, chicken and fish. The whole experience for the family was great and the meal was just from this world, also for our vegetarians. The food tasted so beautiful and the portions were more than enough for four. We had no place for the desert, but our master chef suggested we have a taste and give us something to share. Definitely a day to remember. We can try to go back before Christmas if we have the chance.

Great food in a central location! Would definitely recommend Bangalore Express for its fast service, interesting food and good atmosphere. We had a prawn curry dhosa (the packaging below) and a fish curry thali. Both were delicious and different from a “traditional” British Indian curry house, something new, but definitely worth trying! Prices were decent, but not bad at all, given the central London location and size of the dishes. The service was also good, with the waiter an overview of the available Dhosas. The restaurant is located opposite the market Leadenhall, so would recommend taking the tube of Bank or Monument or C2C from Fenchurch Street.

Don’t be fooled by the small entrance in an alleyway. Once you enter that door, you realize that this place has quite big with 2 floors of seating. We came here looking for ‘dum biryani’ and ended up trying a couple of different things in addition. First the dum biryani totally lived up to our expectations. It was truly a dum biryani with a pot sealed for ‘dum’. Very flavorful, served with raita. And then we also tried a prawns thali, which was on the expensive side. But you do get a lot for that price.
