"We ate here tonight and apart from a pretty decent pizza and a very pleasant location and service, it was two hours later that we really discovered the true value of service. It turned out that we had paid double when we looked in our...online banking app back in our hotel. We paid with a foreign banking card and the first payment did not seem to have processed well at the first attempt, we had to try a second time around. Still this payment was debited from our account twice. We rushed back to Basilic co and found the same guy who helped us earlier, approaching us after recognizing us and asking what was wrong. When we explained what happened and showed the two payments in our app, cash was refunded to us in less than teo minutes. Great work guys, thanks a lot!"
