VERY DISAPPOINTED burnt spare ribs rest of it salty tasteless ordered fron online menu when to pay was charged £20 £57 for 3 persons! Shocking! more than expected! Unfortunately, this will be the last time we order from this restaurant. We've experienced too many instances of inconsistent food quality, but last week's meal was particularly bad. I ordered crispy noodles with beef, and the meat appeared grey and unappetizing, while the sauce was flavorless. I had to transfer everything to a pan to cook it further and added oyster sauce to make it palatable.

I had the chicken in black bean sauce along with egg fried rice, and it was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place! The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick and very friendly. As for parking, you can easily pull up right outside the door without any hassle. There’s also a small corner shop nearby if you’d like a nice glass of wine to accompany your Chinese meal. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person ranged from £10 to £20.

Ordered here twice in 2 weeks. Had the same order each time but both times the food came out good. I had just come back from 3 months in Hong Kong so i'm well aware of what the taste should be like for authentic chinese food. Obviously chinese takeaway in the UK is much different that HK but out of the chinese takeaways I've tried in Basingstoke, this one comes the closest to what the real thing is like. 1 Nitpick would be that the rice is quite average, other than that.
