Great place for great Italian food in Munich. Great tasting food, very friendly staff, not cheap but reasonable prices. Can’t wait to go back and other dishes on the menu!

Some of the Waiters in this restaurant are like theater actors and obnoxious at times. Instead of doing their job, which is being a waiter, they do more theater !! The food is Good. I would prefer other Italian restaurants where service is better. This...one is avoidable. Visualizza piatti

I travel to Munich several times a year and typically stick to the same restaurants. This week my hotel was in a different location than normal and I stumbled across Mario’s. The food is traditional Italian and the servings were large. We tried one of...the many pizzas and pastas. The service was great with a walk home style feel, which is nice when traveling.

A very welcoming place on an overcast Sunday night. It's a large place, but very cosy. You don't feel like you are in a school dining hall and the background music is soft enough so that you can chat without hearing other tables conversations. The...service is friendly and attentive at just the right level. The pizzas are excellent and authentic. There is a huge range including other Italian dishes. Drinks are Italian, too. Looking around at other diners, this seems to be a favourite place for locals and would be a great place to visit more often.

Will try to make it short and sharp. Ordered two Russ’n, both of them undrinkable. Sent back first one, second one didn’t drink it. Pizza was quite good but grilled calamari e risotto simply terrible. And by the way, ordered risotto with radicchio and got...risotto with peas and mushrooms, clearly not fresh but preserved. Same goes for the calamari, for sure frozen. When I came here first time thought it was a bad day for the restaurant, but yet and again my impression was confirmed also this time, not a place to consider. It was quite famous for its pizza and very popular in the 70 and 80 s. Don’t know if owner changed or something but quality is poor. Visualizza piatti
