very nice service and the best burgers in the city. preferably they sit outside, since it is quite nebulous inside due to the open crickets.

We decided to visit this restaurant for the famous Burger. The only negative was that we were waitng minutes for two Burgers!! The Food was tasty!!

a small burgerplatz in the old town. they use local suppliers for ingredients. delicious meat, delicious and fresh potato and made burger sauces. it is always busy and difficult to find a free table to lunch and dinner hours.

For us the best place for a burger in Augsburg. We were never disappointed. The meat is always very juicy, the offer is quite large. The only pity is that the place is so small that sometimes even after waiting for hour we cannot...get a place

Here you can eat the definition of an average burger, there is nothing bad about it but there is nothing exceptional either (my friend and I tried cheese and bbq burgers). The food was prepared neither too slow, nor really fast. One waitress was friendly...and attentive, and another was the complete opposite. The restaurant is quite small which makes it cozy but a bad place if you want to enjoy a quiet meal or a private conversation. I recommend the Sweet French fries.

Unbelivable waiting time for a burger. We had to leave after minutes so as not to miss our train. What we did observe though in our endless wait was not what I’d call a proper health and safety wise conduct. The hygiene practices looked...dubious to put it mildly. No gloves used. The cook just using his bare fingers, for example scraping avocado off a spoon, dabbling his baseball cap in between. A waitress (immediately after cleaning a table) also joined in the kitchen duties, w/o any regard to hygiene. Never again.

I don’t think most Europeans know what an actual ‘Burger’ tastes like. If you’d like to know, come here. Fresh, not processed or frozen, made to order. I’ve been through of the burgers...wow. Staff is amazing, place is always packed, so keep an eye...out when walking by. You want this food, or else you’re simply settling for half-ass tourist food which will leave you posting negative reviews because you’re an idiot. (Or you like frozen burgers) Either way, if you don’t pop in, it means I have a free spot at the bar. : Do me a favor and don’t come here, but if you do, I guarantee you’ll be impressed.
