"I arrived shortly after they opened for the evening and there were delivery people already showing up to bring orders out. Adorable decor. Reasonable prices. Good portions. It's all about sushi and rolls. They have a small appetizer menu. I am not familiar with the options for sushi in Frankfurt. So I will calibrate my expectations to the other reviews--I certainly enjoyed the kaiseki like artful plating. Truly clever and insta-ready. The ingredients were pristine, and the fish was served at ambient temperature--a confident move demonstrating commitment to selling the product that session. Is it world class? No. The sushi rice, while tender and vinegared well, was packed a bit too tightly. The fish was fresh, but not of premium quality in marbling, and the sashimi slices were rather thin for sashimi but appropriate for the gorgeous nigiri. That's it. Nothing more to nit pick. And I am giving this place 5 stars in context! In the end, I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Go to the counter to pay up when done. Service can be slow as the orders stack up. They infuse care and pride in all they do--it was worth the wait for me. Cam on, Thi!"
