"What a fab person Berni is! We needed a venue last minute after another venue had to cancel and she sorted everything for us! The room looked amazing, the staff on the bar were fab and kept wait times to a minimum. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely hire the room again. Everyone had a great night and everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere was perfect for the party and everyone danced all night! Thanks so much to Berni and the team. Helen x"

A very nice function room. Food catering was very nice. Only downside was the beer selection not much to shout about. As a whole really enjoyed the night.

Had my husbands 60th birthday party at berni Inn tonight absolutely amazing venue worth every penny the room is beautiful the food was fantastic I really recommend this place the staff are amazing spot on

Amazing venue for our wedding breakfast and reception. outstanding. We would highly recommend. The food was just perfect and disappeared fast. The owner and all who work there are so freindly and down to earth. Perfect Visualizza piatti

Had a private event booked here today during the afternoon. Will hopefully be coming here again soon next year. Staff and host are extremely helpful and it is a very nice local venue for all manner of occasions. Many thanks xxx

Superb venue in Whitworth, great room, great staff and Manager. Charley and Aidans wedding on Saturday was fabulous. Friendly and accommodating staff, Great variation of food and great quality, great place to hold a party. Highly recommended for any function! Thank you

The most amazing venue to hold your celebrations! Berni and her team go above and beyond to make sure your celebration is amazing! I've had a couple of party's here and got another one booked already for this year.. the rooms are beautiful, the food is amazing and they really make you feel comfortable and at ease! thank you again to you and your team! Just like to say a huge thank you to Berni inns and staff for making Jessica’s 3rd birthday extra special from the moment we entered the room it looked amazing and you made us very welcome nothing was too much trouble , the food was great too everyone enjoyed the party thanks for everything would highly recommend this place for any type of function xx

Attended a wonderful wedding yesterday food was lovely room was lovely the bride and groom had a lovely time.. nice venue too! Although i think the landlady lacks people skills and comes across abit rude. I felt she was more concerned about tidying the room and was on kids backs to tidy up. Also calling last orders early than planned This is a wedding a fun special day and tidying up shouldnt be a priority

"beautiful place for family food or a romantic meal for two, we have both recently done. we were especially happy as we felt at our first visit with our two-year-old, they gave the food a big one if they asked themselves. I agree that eating is beautiful with enough sorts to give them a mix of classic family lovers to interesting new taste combinations. the prices are very reasonable, I especially recommend trying the weekday menu, as it is particularly good worth for money with the 3 curse option included by pizza, pasta, salmon, huh etc. for the net. the facility, the personal (especially anna antonio) eating atmosphere are a welcome supplement to hating they give it a try to think next time they think of somewhere new for a family meal, date, romantic couples meal or celebration of any kind."

"We recently provided a 5 star review on Trip Advisor, as the food was exceptional!! My wife particularly felt that the fish was the best she’d ever had. Due to this, we returned yesterday, where my wife again ordered the fish. What’s happened??? Different chef maybe??? She could have got a nicer fish from a back street chippy. It also said that it came with chunky chips, but this time it came with soggy wedges. Even the mushy peas were tasteless!!! What’s happened?"

"The second visit to Levanter. Pretty bad experience the first time a couple of years back where we found ourselves to be the only people in there one evening and had the waiters stood around impatiently wanting us to hurry and finish so they could close. Levanter seems to have a lot of hype around it, hence we gave it another chance (maybe it was just a one-off... er, no). We genuinely can't understand why the place is bigged up so much. We love Spanish tapas, which is why we tried it in the first place so we kind of knew what kind of dishes we would be getting. However, the menu was limited, the food itself, average, at best and the glasses of wine, tiny. The tables are really cramped together so it's far too crowded for a place of its size. I felt for the people who had booked the table right next to the toilet door. Furthermore, bizarrely, the food is carried from the kitchen, down the street and in through the front door. Maybe that's fine if you are sat in a tapas bar on La Rambla in July but not so much when it's a freezing January night with intermittent rain or hailstone. Price-wise, it wasn't too pricey but that would have only added insult to injury had the prices been sky-high. The young lady who serves us was pleasant but that was probably the best I can say for the place. We won't be giving Levanter a third chance."

"I’ve been to Drinc a few times for a coffee but I decided to try the breakfast this time. The poached egg and bacon roll I had was massive and hit the spot. My dad was also impressed with his scrambled eggs on toast; again the portion size was big and he couldn’t finish it. They also have poretti on draught here and the windows open up in the summer to give it a more open plan feel. Definitely worth a visit."

"Well I had read the reviews BUT still I was totally blown away with our visit. Our table was booked and due to a family emergency our table had to be put back for two hours. The staff could not have done anymore for us. The bar area is wonderful, the food was faultless, all the staff are friendly and helpful. My only criticism is WHY have I never been before. This will not be our last visit and cannot wait to have boozy summer evenings there."
