Biertreff im Rondell

A short walk from the station we went here two days running whilst on holiday in Koblenz. The service was very friendly and the food was very nice. The staff made us feel very welcome.

we ate here twice on our stay and had eaten here two years ago. eating is good, the service friendly. there were more items on the menu that I wanted to try, but we ran out of time. good to cook home.

I was with colleagues to eat after dinner, it wasn't much going on, the service was warm, nice and flotted yet. a family business that combines good food, hospitality and cozyness. we will only come back this time with the entire department. it was a very nice evening. Visualizza piatti

we went here on a weekday and expected no problem to get a table, but they had only one not reserved so that they would like to reserve a table. we both had a very nice riesling and flammpie. weeping and eating were good. the service was good and attentive. if we stay in this part of coblenz, we wouldn't have a problem going back here.

A very gemutlich place, about four blocks up from the Rhine and our nice hotel, the Kleine Riese. Cozy ambience,dark wood, good local wines and beers and people seemed to linger over their glasses, enjoying the conversation. We each had an excellent meal,made easier when...the server brought out an e-tablet on which the daily specials had been translated into English.

friendly restaurant/café, not far from the railway station but nevertheless separated from the travel stream. German dishes. a pity that I don't like mushrooms, as a series of seasonal dishes were offered, all based on mushrooms. but the white carving made this fruit very good. it is not a haute cuisine, but for those who want to eat something German and simple, it is very good and appropriate for the price level. good reception. dit is meer dan een biertreff, alhoewel ze lekkere biertjes hebben. as densestbijzijnde restaurant bij ons hotel, op een regenachtige avond kozen we dit restaurant om toch "maar iets te eten." het was meer dan iets, het was heerlijk! eten was vers en zeer goed van smaak met een alle charmantste bediening. voor de 2e avond was voor ons de keus niet moeilijk en hebben we ook hier genoten van heerlijk eten en duitse gezelligheid. aan te bevelen!

Mentre aspettavamo l'autobus, volevamo trovare un posto carino dove io e mia moglie potessimo bere qualcosa: abbiamo trovato questo locale molto caratteristico, che potete trovare davvero vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Coblenza. Il locale è davvero molto bello, la birra ottima ed il personale molto cordiale, nonostante il nostro Tedesco alquanto zoppicante (vi preghaimo di perdonarci, signori proprietari). Se avremo occasione di ripassare a Coblenza, città davvero molto piacevole e romantica, ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

we were hungry and had arrived in Koblenz after a week-long ride on the mosel. we did not wander out of our hotel too sure we would find something open. only a few blocks away was this unpretentious looking restaurant. we were. kindly greeted by the friendly young waitress and enjoyed wine, a soft beer and four delicious dishes, including carving, pasta with chanterelles and salat with chanterelles. the service was timely (although a little slow to get out of the kitchen) and the young waitress conjured us all. we would go back in a flash.
