an indescribably good and thoughtful eating as well as a credible and authentic sustainable concept, impressed us in the restaurant rose.The surprise menu was a fabulous gift and was implemented wonderfully. the wine recommendation for eating was also very good.We like to come back!

very good hotel. we had one of the comforts/motto double rooms and were very enthusiastic about the room and the breakfast and the good kitchen. Nette Atmosphäre, zuvorkommender Service und sehr leckeres Essen! Die gesamte Karte ist prinzipiell vegetarisch. Fleisch kann als Beilage extra dazu bestellt werden. Die Speisekarte ist klein, trotzdem gibt es immer ein veganes Gericht. Beim Nachtisch muss man fragen. Saisonal wechselnde Gerichte. Wir sind sehr häufig hier, da es so toll ist!

The main criticism was the waiting times. we needed in total 2 1/2 for 2 channels coffee. that is an absolute no go. at 7-8 walks okay. but with two (on a third we had no more lust) it is far too long. up to the first beverage order already passed 10 to the appetizer 45 and up to the main course 90 minutes. the espresso then needed another 15 min from order. on demand why it takes so long, the reason was stated that the main course is not drilled until the appetizer was eaten. this speaks volumes about professionalism.The food is basically good, but there is better for the prices in the rural Reutlingen/Tübingen/Balin...
