Überragendes Essen und eine sehr tolle Gastgeberin. Das Tagesgericht war ausgezeichnet, die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Man sollte jedoch unbedingt reservieren!

The place is really cute and the ladies were so warm and welcoming. I had a vegan arepa with avocado and tofu it was very good (the making was slow though). Their homemade coffee was also very good.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen im Bistro de Marquez und waren begeistert von den leckeren, kolumbianischen Köstlichkeiten. Besonders die Arepas haben uns überzeugt und haben Potential zum neuen Trend-Food. Die Inhaberin war super freundlich und hat uns noch einiges über die kolumbianische Kulinarik erzählt.

Lovely little café in central Salzburg. There aren’t many vegan options, but the staff is happy to work with you to make a vegan meal. The staff is wonderful they add a real cheer to the café. The food is delicious and fresh; you can see it being made for you while you wait. Definitely worth a visit. Prices are fair I paid about €10 for a sandwich.
