One of the best food places I've ever been! Tried her Rump Steak and I can agree very much that it is the best I ever had! Deserts are okay, but main course and beginners are delicious!

Servers were acting like there is no reservation under my name in the system. Once I showed the proof of reservation they explained that Open table is for them managed by external agency and that they can’t do anything about it. Mistakes happen so it would be ok if we tried to find a solution together, however the server talking to us was surprisingly rude, didn’t apologize even once and made it seem like it is our fault for even using Open table for reservations

When we arrived at the restaurant on time (31.12.19 20:15), we were greeted with the question, "RESERVATION?". Despite having a confirmation from OpenTable for a reservation for 7 people under my name, the waitress simply replied with a dismissive "No, sorry." After insisting that we did have a reservation, she apologized again and then quickly disappeared to the second floor. Eventually, a gentleman escorted us to our table. It was disappointing to start off our New Year's Eve with such a chaotic experience trying to find a restaurant for a group of 7 in a busy city. Unfortunately, Bistro Grad Hometown will not be remembered fondly by us as we ushered in 2020.
