Blondin's Ice Cream Parlour

A lovely lunch at Blondin's diner. Tasty food, freshly made, great service and looked after us really well, including making toast for the baby. Dog friendly and heated outdoor seating.

My friend and I meet regularly to have breakfast here. The bacon sandwiches are especially delicious. We have eaten lunch here too but have been less impressed. We will continue to order our breakfasts.

Chose this place as the food looked really good and had good selection for kids on the menu. Very busy though. Food was really nice and reasonably priced. Dessert was huge well worth the £5.50. It would have fed 3 people! Visualizza piatti

What a spot! At the top of the slope overlooking the Piece Hall Piazza. Grab a table outside to watch the people, in this stunning palace of industry with the beautiful green hills beyond. It’s all about the ice cream here. Enjoy!

This place is fantastic! The cheese burger is to die for, succulent burger with cheese in a delicious burger bun. The chips were great too. All washed down with a cappucino and a flat white coffee. Staff very friendly. Will definitely return

Ordered 4 milkshakes. What a disappointment. Extremely small . Ordered an jaffa cake which tasted just like vanilla a strawberry that was so milky it just tasted of milk with Raspberry sauce and cream. 19.50 for 4 of that size is a joke. Will not return. Shame really as its a nice place.

Located in the Piece Hall, this diner is quite popular, and it’s easy to see why. This was our first visit to the Piece Hall, and we were looking for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The menu offers a great variety, including traditional breakfasts, pancakes, porridge, toast, and breakfast sandwiches. The diner is impeccably clean, the staff are friendly, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it!

I inquired about gluten-free options due to my coeliac disease, and I was absolutely impressed by the staff's helpfulness and knowledge. They were well-informed about cross-contamination and mentioned that they prepare gluten-free dishes separately, using different utensils. They also noted that gluten-free bread is not toasted alongside regular bread, which I appreciated. This is the first time I've had a server in the UK recognize oats as potentially containing gluten and a source of contamination, which made me feel very safe dining here.
