we went to the country house sticker to taste holger bodendorf's cooking art and it was a real piece of art. the weeping list was huge, but we could find affordable bottles of wine. perfect evening and up to a new visit!

Beginning at reception until the adoption, the service was excellent, both professional and nevertheless warm and personal. All courses were a single pleasure, a star restaurant as you imagine on Sylt. Certainly listening to the absolute top cuisine of the island.

We were very excited about our visit to the Bodendorf. The service was first-class, friendly, courteous and at the same time unobtrusive. The food is presented very nicely and explained in detail - it is a “real” experience. The menu was excellent and each walk was a special taste experience for the senses. We like to come back. HB this is world class! A fantastic restaurant experience with wonderful food and drinks as well as an excellent service! In particular, we felt how discerning one has dealt with my pregnant partner. it is recognized as one of the best restaurant on sylt, so that staying in farmhouse knitter (where this restaurant lies) we decided to have an dinner there. the booking is not easy – even if they try it some days before, outside the. high season, they wait until the last moment with the confirmation. we checked the card the day before, but it was surprised that they only offered the devastation menu. but we were told that we could choose one or two dishes from it. traveling to the North Sea resort we had hoped to have a selection of crumbs, garnels, maybe fish soup. but there was only one court with sole fish that we chose. they brought us small appetizers, teller and knife for brot, but no...

The establishment of the place, at least in the area where we sat, rather casual, but harmonious, we felt very comfortable between the Pop Art of Devin Miles. It's rather unobstructed, which is very pleasant. Particular emphasis should be placed on how the guests' wishes are addressed here. My wife was very happy to find a special menu variant written for her and presented to her on the table. Since they eat no fish, crustaceans, etc., we had already registered with the reservation. We have never experienced that so much effort has been made.
