second cooking table experience! we had to watch the tasting menu with wein pairing in the location, the kitchen man it all together on a busy night is amazing

This was our second time dining at the chef's table! We enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairings while being able to observe the kitchen team in action on a busy night. It was truly amazing to see everything come together.

Very disappointed that I wasn't contacted either by email or phone regarding the Chiefs table being unavailable for my wife's birthday, more disappointed that our table wasn't even unallocated and staff were suyrprised when we turned up, even when i recieved confirmation of our table earlier that week. Not what i expect from a restaurant of this standard.

Six of us ate at the chef's table. The food tasting menu was excellent and the wine pairing very good. Overall an excellent evening. One just needs to watch out for the cost of the bottles of water which were not included and just kept arriving. The optional cheese course is extra and very expensive, but the tasting menu is so good that I don't know why anyone would want cheese in addition anyway.

This meal was one of the best we've ever had. We sat at the chef's table and received exceptional service from everyone. We want to thank all the staff and the head chef who, in our opinion, surpasses the standards of a Michelin star. We have dined at 2 and 3 star restaurants around the world, but this experience was truly outstanding. The food was both delicious and innovative, and it's clear that this restaurant is constantly pushing boundaries. We highly recommend it.

we have booked the kitchen table for the high-time gift of my sister. the day before contacting to say that the table had been booked twice. we had traveled from london to jersey and could therefore not choose another day. the restaurant apologised but said that they would make sure that we had a good time. when we arrived, we had to mention the mix to the restaurant, because the person who shows us on our table was not aware. that was embarrassing in itself, as it was a gift for my sister and her husband and to have to talk about the mix before her was disappointing. we were compensated with a bottle of champagne. one of us does not drink alcohol. Booked the Chef's table at the end of October 2022 and I can honestly say it was the best dining experience ever and we have eaten at quite a few restaurants all around the world! It was our first night in Jersey and it really kicked the holiday off in style and set the tone for a great week. The Chef's Table is excellent on a slightly raised platform, with it's own aircon so perfect for being in the kitchen, but not hot. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room.
