Boukhara Trevise - Piatti

After visiting Uzbekistan a few years ago, I want a good plov to betting, which I found in boukhara. I wouldn't be the same as in taskhent, but still very reasonable.

a new very interesting kitchen to discover in this tiny restaurant. nothing luxurious, perhaps a little expensive, but the kitchen is perfect and the kitchen is surprising!

It is a very good address that offers Uzbek dishes and central asia to betting. food is a bit adapted to European taste, but almost everything is well represented by traditional central asy cuisine.

who has already heard of Uzbek cuisine, right?! Well, we should all know. It doesn't look like what I've ever eaten - new tastes, subtle spices, I keep dreaming of what I've eaten there. A real finding.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday night with friends. the decoration is nice but there was only another couple in the restaurant and not a lot of atmosphere. the menu was interesting with many new appetizing dishes that we had never heard of and the food was tasty and fresh, the portions were a little bit small. The accompanying bread was a little dry too.

the first time I went to this restaurant, I was in a hotel on that same street, I went by too, and I came back, the environment seemed comfortable and welcoming, and there was world (always good sign). After 2 weeks of French cuisine, we were ready for something different and, fortunately, fell on this charming bistro of 10 tables in the 9arr of the rue trévise. we just entered on the basis of photos in the window and brief descriptions of plates. the decoration is simple, paintings and local objects of origin of central asia. local carpets on the ground add a pleasant touch. we started with wine and water of georgy (near the russia).
