Went to The Bowling Green for the first time yesterday and the atmosphere and staff were lovely. The food was great. Will definitely be returning very soon

1. Positives, accomadated us re last minute booking,as we were on a tight time schedule . Lovely place ran very efficiently with friendly staff. Had Sunday roast, potatoes veg were lovely. 2. Negatives, the meat on both meals was very disappointing, it appears to all be pre carved reheated for serving, the beef looked like a burnt piece of cardboard, turkey was dried out, pork was more like a couple of slices of bacon. There was no stuffing with the pork dinner only a coin sized piece with the turkey. Whilst I appreciate all the hard work that goes into accommodating people, the meat was a real let down.
