That's the best description I can use to give you a sense of the Cuisine at Braisenville (the name is a pun using the word for a charcoal grill). In fact, the Menu suggests choosing 3 savory and 1 sweet dish per person. We got a Potato and Mushroom soup, Grilled Veggies, a Burata and Fruit dish, Seabass, Veal, Pecorino Cheese and 2 glasses of Red Wine.
