"This restaurant is one of the most valuable in the center of the victim. near the town square, it is a small and welcoming place. the combination of more traditional cuisine, with new trends, creates a letter that although not very varied, offers great quality. surprises even to eat from the menu, we will enjoy a good, abundant and very good food for the offered. eating à la carte the price will be much higher, although we can choose dishes that are certainly prepared, especially to highlight the meats. The thing that lets me fall is the horny thing that all the dishes and sauces are, it is a sensation that is not in too many places and that always gives an extra touch to the place. service is also quite fast and efficient. improving perhaps would be the variety of dishes, especially desserts, although I understand that too many dishes could affect the quality of the restaurant."

Excelente comida. Magret de pato, butifarra, cachete de puerco, espárragos, y el acompañamiento de piquillos y berenjena excelente! Los baños muy limpios.

the food is very good, the menu is super complete and at very good price. the service is 10, very resolutive, I do not take lactose and at one point I was created a very rigorous custom dessert. will be our predilect restaurant when we are in the area! 10/10

is the best restaurant located in the creek, one of the most centric sites of the victim. the menu is very special and tasty and snack dishes. the price is the right for the place. Porto molts anys escoltant parlar del resturant el caliu,i mai había tingut la oportunitat d' anarhi, el menjar com el de casa no ma.decepcionat tot lo contrari,i tornaré, soc molt carnívora i el secret iberic molt molt bo i entrecot tb,es un Dels llocs que els preus no están Massa incrementats cosa que sagraeix,calitat Preu un 10.

Today we decided to spend the day in the sau swamp and at the time of eating we decided to approach vic about 5 kilometers from the swamp. Muy buena comida,por poner un pero la esqueixada (pedimos 3) para mí gusto la cebolla cortada demasiado gorda,pedimos además, galtes a la brasa estaban muy ricas,peus de porc,torrada amb escalivada,entrecot de 500gr. y pollo a la brasa,de postre helado con chocolate caliente,y sorbete de limón uno de una bola y otro de dos,3 aguas 1 Coca-Cola y una botella de vino (no recuerdo el nombre) para 4 personas a unos 35€ por cabeza más o menos

El eterno dilema de los detalles.Productos de calidad ....yo diria incluso que bién elavorados ....con un servicio justito y distante aunque profesional.....en unas cantidades justas pero suficientes .....PERO.....con unas guarniciones a parte no incluidas y con caracter de anecdota....con cortes tan finos y escasos dignos de cámara oculta......mis berengenas rebozadas puestas encima del churrasco transparetaban......y fuera de carta una patata al caliu costo 2,5€ y no era ni siquiera media patata pequeña....el precio correcto....decoración la que és y una acústica más que dudosa.......volver?.....Hay mucha oferta superior

"Can Jubany is about 100 km North of BCN and is Nandu Jubany 's vanguard kitchen in search of serious perfection of the farm to table concept. We found Can Jubany worthy of the trip from BCN as the cuisine was ingredient driven, not involving alien flavors just for weirdness sake as has become the gastronomic trend of some gastronomic kitchens. Can Jubany embraces the farm to table model and ensures the high quality of his raw materials by actually growing most them in the small garden and farm that is across the parking lot from the restaurant. These raw materials, fresh from his actual farm next door, are then refined to an extraordinary level while maintaining their recognizable flavor in his glass enclosed kitchen. During our tour of the small farm, asparagus, tomatoes, beets, peas, herbs and calçots were in season and the chicken and other fowl were providing both eggs and meat for the various dishes. Can Jubany might best be described as a down to earthy masia restaurant where locals gather together to enjoy excellent Catalan food on weekends together. There is also an outdoor patio were dinners gather post dinning to enjoy more libations and a cigar or two. For us, our food entertainment was lunch that took place over a 4 hour period and was titled A Stroll Around Catalunya and included: Pork 's tribute Jubany sausage, cracking cheek port, andpork belly foam in an edible rice cone Vegetable garden included red beet, blue cheese and prune Pumpkin gnocchi parmesan cheese serum and Iberian ham Puffed pastry with foie gras, caramelized figs and a little salad Codfish brandada cannelloni, onions and honey Sautéed ceps mushrooms with pork belly and egg yoke Sea cucumber rice with langoustines broth Hake cooked iat slow temperature with pickled vegetables Roasted young lamb with potatoes puree, vegetables and mushrooms Desserts included seasonal vegetables dessert; dessert of citrus fruits and textures; The wine pairings were also well selected/matched to complement the tastes of each course(s), and included: Carles Andreu Trepat Rose (D.O. Cava); Sameiras 1040 (D.O Ribeiro); Venus La Universal (D.O. Montsant); Rasim vi pansit blanc (D.O. Costers del Segre) ; and Mas Llunes Garnatxa Solera (D.O. Emporda). The Mas Llunes and Rasim were clearly some of the best wine we have ever tasted. Not surprising as the Mas Llunes was awarded the Great Golden VINAR 2013 of all 700+ competing wines from Catalonia. Our only observation regarding the sommelier was that they were very knowledgeable but were always asking 'what kind of wine would you like to have with the next course . So overall, as we have noted in another of our gastronomic adventures, Can Jubany is currently a Michelin 1* restaurant that in our exploration was producing Michelin 2* cuisine. Clearly you know when you have had a fantastic gastronomic experience when you can remember the highlights (many of them) months later. Now, if we could only figure out how to get from Barcelona to Can Jubany easily vs an expensive cab ride each way or stay in a hotel near by for the evening."
