Spacious place with nice staff. Music a little too loud otherwise nice place. Toilet very messy, smelly and unclean.

Too tasty excellent service good quality food and drink plenty of seating friendly staff. Must try here, recommended to everyone

Two boys by the name of Mohammed were excellent and efficient with their work , surprising as they told me they are new but I had previously thought they were experienced. 10/10 for the both of them very impressed. Will be coming back soon for sure

I have been coming to this SB for quite sometime and I know how busy it can get. Today, I did not plan of coming by but a friend just asked for a favor. Deep was so helpful as my friend’s usual wasn't available. His advise made me order one for myself just to try. Leila was also very kind to offer me some help to pack the drinks to go. I went to this srarbucks joint today and indeed a Venti Iced Mocha with vanilla foam. The service given to me when ordering was great and efficient. However whilst the drink was being made, the staff members could be heard talking about how they couldn't be asked to make some drinks and it was a bit of a buzz kill for the atmosphere of the otherwise well decorated, open shop floor. Overall, I would recommend this place for a quick stop, but the staff do need to be more conscious about customers.

Service is good but can get extremely busy, so difficult to get a table, and the tables are often dirty and grimy. Moreover, watch out if using the wifi as criminals occasionally mingle as 'customers ' in some of the local cafes in Harrow to steal your identity and credit/debit card details, and sadly this location is no exception so exercise caution and use a VPN. Selection of sandwiches and pastries -especially Vegan and Vegetarian options- is disappointingly limited for the price. Good coffee though, and the leather sofas are relatively kept relatively clean.

The service at the St. George outlet is terrible. The tables were dirty and despite requesting them to be cleaned twice, the staff took 10 minutes to come over. Instead of attending to our table first, the staff started clearing trash from other empty tables. It seemed like they were more concerned about those "ghost customers" than us. Finally, when the staff did come to our table, we had to request for it to be cleaned before the others. The staff refused, insisting on clearing the other tables first. After a long wait, we were told they didn't have ketchup and our order was given to someone else by mistake. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, the staff realized their error and remade...
