"A highly recommended place. We really liked the food and the attention is unbeatable. To improve, 2 things (I will remove them when they answer me, and I will leave only the positive recommendation): 1) Calling themselves that, they should improve the recipe for Cacio e Pepe. The pasta is spectacular but the pecorino sauce is very little and lacks intensity of flavor. Also in Rome they put it on a nest of crunchy pecorino cheese. So I propose to improve it and make it a flagship dish. 2) It would greatly improve the environment if they had a ceiling system to muffle the noise of people talking , this is because of the screamers, hehehe, but as there are, there are solutions that greatly improve the environment."

Aunque pudimos escoger mesa, nos estuvimos 45 minutos para esperar un plato de pasta y una pizza...pedimos una segunda cerveza y la tuvimos que reclamar porque se había olvidado, y eso que el local estaba vacío, si llega a tener gente, no se que habría pasado.

Mejor restaurante italiano de Santa Cruz. Pinsa romana buenisima, parmigiana muy rica y suppli que les encanta a los niños. (hoy no comimos pasta, pero puedo decir de otras veces que esta buenisima, sobre todo la amatriciana) Servicio super atento. De mis restaurantes favoritos sin dudarlo

Fue nuestra primera visita y nos sorprendió mucho para bien.volveremos. calidad precio perfecto. El ambiente bueno ,aunque había mesas grandes el ruido no era excesivo y se podía hablar sin necesidad de subir el tono. La puntualidad por ambas partes fue correcta .y la espera en servir en la mesa también.
