"I have visited this restaurant for lunch twice, and on both occasions, my preferred dish was not available. This is unacceptable, particularly considering their already limited vegan options (most of which are junk food). I also suspect that yesterday, I was served a different sandwich than the one I ordered. However, I chose not to complain as the restaurant was very crowded and the staff appeared overwhelmed. I would like to support local businesses, but only if they put in the effort. Next time, I will opt for a vegan sausage roll from Greggs instead."
