"Decided to try, given good ratings on Tripadvisor, not impressed by our first encounter with the waiter, who didn't seem bothered whether we dined there or not, had the drinks not arrived quickly, we would probably gone elsewhere. He was not at all helpful when...asking about the menu, and the answer to the question what type of meat cut was being served was I don't know ! Although the menu was slightly restricted, our group of four all had different choices, and from then on the experience improved. All our choices were expertly cooked, well presented, and delicious. I would have given this restaurant a very good or excellent, but due to the waiter, can only get to average, which is a shame as the back room staff obviously do a great job, but were let down by indifferent service at the front end. Would recommend and hopefully the waiter is in a better mood for future customers...!"

Nice view over the lake but very costly, will have my beer in one of the other locations right beside, waiter not too friendly

we were today for lunch today seaside. the flaky cake, caesar salad cheeseburger were delicious and the service exceptionally attentive.

Very sorry that we didn’t also have dinner here. Waiter (Leo) was great gave recommendations and checked in with us even though we only had drinks. View was good as well as the welcoming atmosphere

great eating, really friendly and efficient service, funny little touches for children berras eishing relaxing atmosphere, which meant that we sat happy chatting for longer time with this additional post-lunch coffee!

So quaint and cozy! Stopped off at the coffee shop after our walk up the hill to see the castle. Had delicious Rooibos tea, hot chocolate and Chai latte. Also had some soup of the day which was celery soup. Delicious! Would definitely go back!

Had dinner for We didn’t have a reservation and got one of the last available tables, maybe booking in advance is recommended. The week menu is somewhat limited, but what we had was really tasty. Burguers and snacks are fixed on the menu. Large...variety of ice cream for dessert. Prices fair.

Living nearby I regularly enjoy the style of this location. Staff is local and loyal to this bistro. Definitely try some of the home baked cakes or if more in the mood for savory stuff I urge you to check out their Amazing Fries or...any variation of Tarte Flambee. Sadly, the street between the location and the lake can get quite busy on some days.

we were here Monday. the personal has a good service and a good feeling for humor. the “ amazing friends” were really amazing and their hamburgers are made in the house. delicious. the vision of the sea was beautiful. the reason for the...Rating of the is that smoking like any where is allowed in europa. we had three smokers next to us who smoke all the time we were there. it ruined the taste of the meal.

this is a nice place to go when in hopfen am see, staying on a nearby camping site, we decided to go to the village. the staff is friendly (and slightly rushed from the feet) and we managed to get a table without...problem (a few minutes later was another story, as the weather was turned and the sat outside and not under deck, moved inside). the burger and amazing riders were very delicious. the price was fine.
