Cafe du Centre - Menu

Booked a table for the six of us sat outside and had a lovely evening listening to a bit of country music. Food was good as was the service. Been here several times now on different visits. Always a nice meal. Mostly ex-pats .

What a great evening. We hadn’t been since Philip the previous chef left, but the food was simply wonderful. I think Barry the chef was on this night. It was a music evening with Texas Ka$h band who were also amazing. Service was good and...friendly. The place was packed. It was for the menu including the band.

On a summer Sunday this is a very busy restaurant/bar. The terrace is packed and you can see why. We stopped for lunch and the food was superb highly recommend! A great place to see the world go by and enjoy a bit of...time out in this lovely village. We have visited in quieter times of year and have never been disappointed.

Had lunch there today and it was really very good. I don’t know why we don’t come more often as it’s just down the road from our holiday home. It’s true that the expat community use the cafe a lot but so do French artisans,...specially for a beer or pastis after work. Note to self: don’t forget to eat at the Cafe du Centre more often.

Situated right in the village square, Roquecor is tiny but very picturesque. The café is family owned and frequented by many locals and lots of ex pats. The service is friendly, the menu is good with something for all tastes. We even had a free...musical show aided by a customer who joined in and could sing beautifully. It was boiling hot, so a few beers and wine later we had a great time and will certainly return next time we visit.

Stopped here after hearing the Village was pretty and needed lunch. Beautiful warm September day, with a lovely patio in the front. A few nationalities lunching which was really nice to hear. Great beer and rose wine at euros each! So we had I had a lovely piece of fish, probably cod, sautéed with salad and chips. My husband had the Toulous sausages which he said were very good quality. This is not gastronomic, but it doesn’t pretend to be. At euros for courses and drinks I think you can’t beat it! Will definitely return once we buy a house here!

Lunch in the sun. We like this bar for a sunny lunch on the terrace, and it comes into its own on fine days in spring and autumn. Service is always friendly and the food is pretty good too. I started with a good smoked...haddock mousse, and P with a generous plate of charcuterie. She followed up with a Greek salad from the starters served as a main course. I stayed on the fishy side of things with lieu, served with some wonderfully flavoured carrots. I've no idea what they did to them, or whether they were a special variety, but they were delicious.

Its hot and sticky and you want somewhere good to eat. This is the place for traditional family food it seems most of the village rock up here for lunch. We came whilst looking for houses and sat down for a simple mean. There...are always plat du jours, fixed price menus but we just ordered a salad paysanne and the cassoulet. Having said that these were excellent. The Salad was fresh with local vegetables, nuts, blue cheese, croutons and bacon it was excellent. Really refreshing and both tasteful without being overfilling. The Cassoulet was good hearty beans, duck leg, pork, some Toulouse sausages and more it was really very tasty. We just had some cokes but we watched enviously as the local...
