"Really lovely waitress but the maitre’d was rude and we overheard him being obnoxious to another table! Not sure we would go back… food was nice. Two of four main courses were wrong but we didn’t complain as they were options which were acceptable to us. Poor atmosphere and the guy in charge was very keen for everyone to leave so he could lock the door by 9!!!"

we had a very pleasant experience. the staff was friendly and friendly, the menu was wide assorted and our meals were delicious. the wee had an excellent quality.

we have always enjoyed cafe rouge and this trip not disappointed. eating was very good and well presented. the service was good and very friendly and welcoming the atmosphere.

Very dated and tatty looking inside. Food wasn’t great either! Steak was tough, full of fat and inedible! Baguettes were okay but pretty tasteless to be honest. Service was excellent but the poor food let’s it down. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

this restaurant was formerly one of my favorite places in bath for a long, lazy lunch, but the cuts on the menu are really disappointing, the quality of eating was good, but many of our favorite dishes were gone, unfortunately, that means that I probably don't return, as there are many other options in bath, a sad result for what was a big event.

Nice and friendly people but full menu not available. What we chose to have in the end was very nice. We booked through the internet and later had an email back saying that our booking was cancelled. We didn't see this email so when we arrived we were greeted and treated well and didn't realise that our booking had been cancelled until we got home again!

Live this particular restaurant in Bath. Even when it’s relatively quiet, there is always a good feel about the place. Staff very friendly and attentive and food is always excellent. The reduced menu due to Covid was a little disappointing but there is still plenty to chose from. Hope the chain keep going and this particular branch remains open in the future.
