we have been serving in caffe rouge for a long week and are very satisfied with our experience. service is good and with the help of vouchers can be for a very good and economical dinner.

I booked a table over open table - they had no knowledge of it. we were told there was a minute delay in serving food. steak ordered rare was medium. After hours we decided to ask for the bill, I got only one starter and we were all waiting for the desserts we ordered. bill took minen. seriously why would we recommend it to our friends in did, why should we ever go there again? we have booked through opentable, but unfortunately our booking was not there. fortunately they had tables when we carried out our parents for a tasty bite when they stayed us from Scotland for ostern. booked via IHG page, so the problem can be there, not safe. in any case, not great to get to the venue and not book! the food was nice and the staff was friendly. good portions and delicious. not really a restaurant environment, more a shopping mall experience, that is good, but not for special occasions.

I booked the table on the line, but when I showed a worker the confirmation from the open table, it seemed to be a problem. we got a table, then another employee asked for the reservation and claimed that they didn't know they were with open table for bookings! they said they wouldn't ask us to go and they would look at it! there were many things from the menu and it seemed that there was a problem in the kitchen! this is the second time that they have taken quite a lot from the menu, a better planning and administration is required.

We made a reservation through OpenTable, but unfortunately our booking was not found. Luckily, they had tables available when we brought our parents for a special meal while they were visiting from Scotland for Easter. We booked through the IHG website so there may have been a glitch in the system. It was not ideal to arrive at the restaurant and not have a reservation. The food was tasty and the staff was friendly. The portions were generous and the dishes were delicious.
