Really good management and amazing staff not to mention the great food. Every ones kind and pleasant especially the manager and assistant manager! Highly recommend can’t wait to come again

The food is super delicious. This is our 2nd time here. Quality of the food is very good. On top of all the staff are super friendly. Berke is an amazing host. We are definitely coming back again and again.

Our booking was not received by the restaurant and was not shown on their system. Very disappointed as we booked this for my wife's birthday. The restaurant was full and there was no appropriate alternative seating. We had to go elsewhere I doubt if I will use open table again.

Came in with my mum on Wednesday and was treated very rudely because we had a voucher. The waiter seemed annoyed serving us for some reason and made us feel very uncomfortable. We are customers and should not be made to feel that way. Try training your staff in customer service!

As much as I used to love Cafe Rouge I’ve found the quality of the food to diminish since the refurbishment and service greatly declined. It was a place I loved spending time in every week!! Now this is more like once or twice a year. Overall the ambience is still warm and comfortable.

Me and my wife went here last night told when we sat down that they had ran out of most dishes. We were given menus and left for half an hour. Tried to get the managers attention but she just walk straight past us with a face like thunder. Tables around were all having issues so after being there for nearly 45 minutes with no service we decided to leave. Won’t be coming back either

We went on Saturday night to the restaurant it was full but only two severs. After a long wait we managed to order our food, after half an hour the manager came to the table and told us quite rudely that there was no more fries and we had to have something else to go with our food. When the food arrived my boyfriends burger was cold and greasy. Mainly other tables seemed to be having issues as well. We did ask to speak to the manager during the end of our meal but she never came over. Very disappointed.

Where to start... the lack of staff, the poor service, non available items, rude staff. Took my husband and children here on Sunday and it was pure chaos. I’ve never seen a restaurant like it. Ordered our food after waiting 20 minutes for someone to take our order then was told after another 20 minutes that what we had ordered was not available. We asked why it had taken so long only for the female member of staff to giving us attitude. The food finally arrived but wasn’t anything special. Don’t bother with this restaurant they clearly don’t care about customer experience.

We booked this for our belated Christmas night out. Pre-ordered all of our food a few days beforehand. A lot of us ordered the garlic mushrooms starter. Was meant to be served with sourdough bread but unfortunately they had ran out of it. We were offered white bread as an alternative. But that was option we as to be taken literally. Our mushrooms came served on a slice of toast! Hilarious. Was I silly to think it might've at least been artisan in anyway or form? We're talking supermarket bread here. Secondly, they seemed to have to ran out of chips so we all received oven chips with our steak. Amazing. Except for one of our party who got sweet potato fries. Lucky. When ordering dessert we we...
