Cakes galore, I had a slice of Black Forest cake, yum! with my cappuccino, scrumptious! Very busy, you see locals flocking this place. A must coffee place.

Sit outside on a warm day and you will enjoy the view of the old and beautiful buildings as well as the absolutely marvelous cake varieties and the great cappuccino.

Perfect setting, the bakery had a tremendous selection of tarts, cakes, chocolates, and candies. Service was friendly and swift despite the large crowds due to Ascension Day. Recommend.

Very nice Café, offering delicious cake, with a big but comfortable guestroom, moderate prices. Reminded me a bit of the great coffee houses in Vienna. Target group are not families with little kids.

Sadly the cakes were old. We looked forward to coffee and cake, the traditional German Kaffee und Kuchen, and we were told the cakes are backed once a week, and sure enough, they were old and not very good. Coffee and tea was fine!

Cafe Schuler has been here since at least the the first time I came was in the early and it has been the place that I never miss when in Germany even if it is a bit of a drive. The...cakes are moist and delicious, order at the counter and then head back to order coffee and tea. The chocolates were something we carried back to the US, to be savored on special occasions. The marzipan (look for dark chocolate with the pink swirl on top) were my favorites. Expensive but worth every euro!

We found this cafe on the off chance whilst walking along Marktstrasse and decided to stop as it said Konditorei a good sign! We sat outside in comfortable chairs with sun umbrellas but the inside seating area is also light, bright and inviting. The staff are friendly and were patient as I ordered in limited German! You choose your cakes inside and are given a ticket, the waiter then brings the cakes to your table. We arrived early and there was an amazing array of cakes and pastries to choose from, as well as chocolates and ice cream.
